  • Nuestros 11 espaciosos estudios de 48m2 están ubicados en la residencia Mont Vernon, al pie de Orient Bay, el complejo cuenta con una gran piscina, jardines tropicales, lavandería, una pequeña tienda de comestibles con baguettes frescas, una pizzería y estacionamientos.
    Nuestros estudios han sido completamente renovados este año 2021, tienen aire acondicionado, están bien equipados y finamente decorados y todos son idénticos.
    La cocina está equipada con placa de inducción, microondas, frigorífico-congelador, lavadora, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor y todos los utensilios de cocina para hacer tus platos favoritos.
    El baño tiene una gran cabina de ducha, inodoro y lavabo con artículos de tocador (gel de ducha, jabón y champú) y secador de pelo y proporcionamos toallas pequeñas y grandes y toallas de playa.
    Cada estudio cuenta con una gran cama king size (2m x 2m) y un sofá convertible para 1 o 2 personas adicionales, una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, canales satelitales franceses y americanos, una persiana eléctrica, Wifi Privado con muy buena velocidad ( gratis), adaptador 110 / 220V, puertos USB para cargar teléfonos y ordenadores, caja fuerte, tabla de planchar y plancha.
    El balcón o patio tiene una mesa y sillas, lo que lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para saborear sus comidas mientras disfruta de una hermosa vista del océano.
    La residencia Mont Vernon es probablemente la mejor ubicación en la isla, privada, tranquila en una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas al pie de la playa de Orient Bay, es el ambiente perfecto para unas vacaciones activas y relajantes y una vista espectacular de la bahía. orienta le, St Barth, Tintamarre y el islote Pinel, más allá de la playa hay muchos restaurantes, bares, tiendas y actividades acuáticas (windsurf, kitesurf, jet ski, parasailing, etc ...)
    Para disfrutar plenamente de todas las playas que Saint Martin tiene para ofrecer, también proporcionamos 2 sillas de playa, una sombrilla y una hielera.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean, sunrise was spectacular. The studio was immaculate and very well decorated. Check in was a breeze. The host responded to all of our questions immediately. Close to orient bay and grand case.

This was a perfect location. It is a 5mins walk to the beach and is accurately depicted in the property description. The owner was very attentive to my needs and was pleasant to deal with. I most definitely recommend this property

This was perfect for us Location had few steps Was clean neat and tidy. Could se another exchanger or 2 . other than that we will be back next year for the same apt

Le Check-in très avec une bonne communication avec le locateur. Tout était impeccable tel que mentionné sur le site. Très belle vue sur la magnifique plage de Orient Bay. Rien à redire de ce studio. Le seul petit point négatif. Nous aurions aimé avoir un petit fourneau .

Beautiful views

The apartment was just as described. The views were amazing. The view is orient bay with St Barts in the background. The apartment is in a very quiet area. You can easily access the beach and restaurants are very close. The pool has just reopened and is very clean and spacious. Aurmory was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great place to stay

This studio was very nice. Fantastic views from the balcony. Beautiful walks along the beach every morning. Close to quite a few things along Orient Beach. There is a store and pizzeria on site. Both are nice places to grab anything you may need and the pizza is great as is Sarah who works at both! The studio was clean and had pretty much everything you may need. We enjoyed the quiet of the corner unit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to work with and was very responsive which we appreciated. The only drawback would be the parking situation, but you definitely get your exercise. Would stay again.

Luxury view, but not luxury studio

The pros: You will not find a better view on St. Maartin- it's fantastic. Amaury is a great host- the few issues we had were addressed immediately. The bed was comfortable and TV worked well. The pool is nice but be aware there are no umbrellas, and the pool is in full sun all day. The reality is it's not a luxury studio. The bathroom has broken tiles, shower suboptimal and the bathroom door does not close properly.

Beautiful views with a daily workout

Orient Bay is easily viewed from the entire unit including when waking up each morning and seeing the waves while lying in bed. Walking to the beach is easy, especially from the exceptionally beautiful pool. Minimal parking and a big hill to walk up and down each day to get to and from your car. Pros: Caribbean views Spacious Comfortable couch Responsive landlord On-site convenience store and Pizzeria Cons: Lack of parking Steep hill Rough towels Very firm mattress The people who work at the small store and the on-site pizzeria were friendly and helpful. The landlord quickly responded to a question about the TV and A/C. He also promised to drop by and replace a remote control and cable box, which he did within 30 minutes. Easy to reach him via WhatsApp and he answered questions fast. The unit was as promised with a king-sized bed, a small refrigerator, a cook-top and microwave, kitchen sink, and clothes washer/dryer. Everything was in perfect working order. This was a studio but was spacious and included a writing desk and living room couch and coffee table. Ample closet space was provided although a few more clothes hangars would be recommended. The bathroom was a good size with all of the necessary fixtures. Water pressure was low but adequate for cleaning up daily. The towels provided were a bit rough and only two of each were available. He also provided beach chairs, a cooler to take cold drinks to the beach, and beach towels.
