"This is a small, unique hotel in the Museum District of Amsterdam. It has five floors and a tiny elevator. The hotel comprises two different buildings which are not on the same level so when you go up you must go down again if your room is in the second building. The stairs have extremely small footspace and are covered in a geometric pattern of bright colors. We found the stairs very awkward and difficult. "Very clean, nice decor, good location, bed comfortable (firm but not too firm). The room was compact but had everything we needed at a reasonable price for an expensive city. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a frosted glass wall on one side of the bathroom facing the bed, giving little privacy into the bathroom when you needed to have a light on in there. Otherwise, a great stay and would highly recommend "
