This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and minutes away from everything you could possibly want. The space is cozy, and meant to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and become your home away from home during your stay!

There are 3 bedrooms, room 1 has a king size bed, room 2 has a twin bunkbed, and room 3 had a double bed. There is also a lovely living room and 1 bathroom. The space also features a full kitchen with kitchen essentials and a cute table to eat at.

You will also have access to Netflix, Sling tv, movies, books, and games! If you need anything else please request it before hand and we will see what we can do for you. :)

**this house has a basement apartment that is rented out separately. It is completely blocked off and locked so you will not have any interaction with those tenants.

Salt Lake Vacation

We rented the property for a festival we attended in Salt Lake City. Orem was a very lovely town and was easy to navigate. The location of the home is very close to the highway making it very convenient going to other cities in the area. The home it self was clean however the back yard and carport area could use some care. There is a couple of steps to get into the home and could benefit a handrail being added. All three beds could use new mattresses. Overall the property good. It meet our needs while being in the Salt Lake City area.

East to get to neighborhood in town

It was nice, neat near main road in a neighborhood. East to book and information easy to follow. The only complaint would be the electrical outlets would not hold a plug. Bathroom outlet was fine.

Couldn’t even stay at the property because the wrong code was provided and the host did not give us a new code or let us know the property was unlocked until more than 3 hours after we had arrived. We needed to get a hotel so we could get our young son to bed. Very very unhappy with our experience.

Disappointing with VRBO

It was my fault I didn’t read in the last part of the VRBO, there was a renter downstairs, we had to park on the street as a car that never moved under the car port . There wasn’t a toaster , there wasn’t salt and pepper shakers. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. There were holes in the walls and the pans need to be thrown away , the washcloths were like rags. The best thing about the property was the tv in the living room. Couch was uncomfortable .

This listing is within a very run down house. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There was a strange smell in the home. There is an unlocked fire in the kitchen that had a sign saying do not open that appeared to lead to the basement. It did not feel safe. We did not stay the night.

Convenient beyond measure

We stayed for a week while my daughter attended a program in Provo. Everything we did or needed was within 5-10 minutes. We cooked dinners every night and enjoyed the kitchen and big screen in the den. Loved views of the mountains and nearby Utah Lake. While my daughter was busy, I hiked and biked and explored. The weather was wonderful. And the price was a big savings. Definitely recommend this property.
