"Location! In the Pearl District walking distance to Saturday Market, shopping, and many great restaurants. Not far from the train station, also. We may arrive by tran the next time. The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room had a nice design. The complementary breakfast was OK, but not as good as the one at the Hampton Inn in Mexico City. We will likely stay here again."

"Staff was friendly, always greeting us as we passed by, and checking in with us. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great view. First floor had tea and coffee available for us at any time of the day. The location was ideal! Close enough to walk everywhere or catch the max/bus. We love going to the movies and Regal cinemas was right across the street, very convenient. We used the overnight parking for $25 which was extremely close to the hotel "

"Right now, they are doing some renovations, so things are probably not quite up to par. The breakfast was not bad. Part of the resort fee was applied and we also received two cocktail vouchers instead of a bottle of wine, which we used for appropriately sized breakfast bloody mary and an mimosa. "Staff were really supportive and wonderful. We found a couple little issues with our room and they made a note of it, and offered us another room. We declined as we were already all setup in our original room. And the issues were very very minor. But wonderful customer service. The T.V. would not stay on and keep acting up, but since i was not there to watch the T.V. it wae nit an issue. "

"Breakfast was a bit gross. The valet was under staffed and therefore took longer then expected to get vehicle. There is only Valet!! If you leave before 6:00 there is no valet and no one mentioned that. Friday night is seems that a bunch of frat boys decided to rent rooms and made it quite uncomfortable leaving the hotel!! There’s a daily charge of $30, which I didn’t really find useful. The cleaning staff doesn’t put trash bags in the trash cans; which was really annoying. They only...

"They should advertise this as 50 bucks more expensive once you get there because they want to charge you 50 bucks to park your car. Or you can park on the street but you have to pay for that too and you can’t start paying till eight in the morning, so you have to get up early run out there pay come back in and there’s a bunch of dog crap all crap all over the sidewalk while you’re trying to park your car would recommend would not recommend staying here not even a hot tub. What’s going on?"
