When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above."

"The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price."

Management refused to help resolve it or offer a refund just because I booked through Expedia. To top it off, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the neighbors were incredibly loud. Paid for a place to rest, got a restless night instead. Avoid this place and pay extra to have everything functioning"
