"Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. "

"6 of us Stayed on this great lake house. We were in the area putting up deer stands and feeders. Was great to come back after a hard days work to the A Frame! The place had great beds, and everything was well outfitted. "

"Charming house in great neighborhood in walking distance to town, shops & food. Host Lori (& hubby) have done a great job creating a cozy, comfortable home for guests. The way they documented the history & transformation of the Church House was really remarkable. We loved the history of the area! And all of the neighbors/business owners/workers were so friendly & helpful. We will be back as we didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted to do."

"This was our second stay at this wonderful home. Located just minutes from everything in Longview, but quiet enough to sit inside or on the back porch and just talk. Having use of the garage was a real bonus because it kept our vehicles out of the sun.We would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. "

"Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. "Loved everything about this place. House was great - big enough for everyone with plenty of space. Pool table and games galore! Comfortable beds! Well stocked! Right on the lake with great views from almost anywhere in the house. we brought our boat and caught several fish! Mainly bass but also a catfish. The boathouse with the lift was a huge plus. Communication with the host was great! Check in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend!! - "

"Beautiful home with so many wonderful antiques and charming appointments. Spacious rooms. Large dining table with many chairs. So many places to gather. A delightful breezeway with ceiling fans and comfortable wicker chairs and loveseats. Many outdoor seating spots and a lovely front porch to gather. We loved the golf cart supplied to go out each night to dinner. Also, the wonderfully landscaped homes in the area were so much fun to drive by. "
