Experience Zion National Park like a local in this 4-bedroom house overlooking the mountain with break-taking canyon views. Step into this adorable property and be greeted by the cozy ambiance that awaits you. With 3 king beds and 1 queen bed, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. Indulge in the convenience of amenities like a fully equipped chef's kitchen, game room, private hot tub, 2 large common rooms, Smart TV's in all bedrooms, and common rooms. The 3 bathrooms offer a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower for your comfort. Our guests love the truly fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, weber grill, as well as Reverse Osmosis and whole house water filtration system.

Enjoy all Zion National Park offers when you stay at our place.

The home was carefully chosen for our family to be convenient to Southern Utah attractions, we are closest to the East Gate of Zion National Park and short day trips to destinations like Bryce National Park, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Kanab Sand Caves, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and Antelope Canyon.

This is our second home in the neighborhood, purchased because our property managers Kraig and Logan take great care of our homes and guests. They have hundreds of 5 star reviews and many years of experience, so you will be in great hands for your vacation!

Only the best was put into the home, from designer furniture to All-Clad and name-brand cooking appliances and utensils. We have all you need for your nightcap in the hot tub or on the patio by the fire pit!

**When you book a week long stay, the 7th night is free!**

If you need a day off during the trip, the house is next to Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. Enjoy the outdoor pools, mini golf, horseback riding, etc. Extra fees apply at the resort's discretion.

Our hosts could not have been better! The house wasn’t just clean, it was immaculate! Perfect location as base from which to visit nearby national parks. Highly recommended.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. There was space for everyone, clean comfortable beds, very nice furniture as well as top of the line kitchen supplies and appliances. The location of the home was just a short drive to Zion’s east entrance which made it even that much better. We spent each morning and evening on the lovely covered patio enjoying the view and the grill. The star gazing at night was spectacular. We felt right at home as the owners were kind, quick to reply and lived nearby if we needed them. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Absolute 10/10 rental!! Could not be more pleased with this house. Everything was top notch from the host communication to the design, the amenities, and the stocked kitchen! Really easy drive into Zion National Park and the hot tub and outdoor fireplace to come home to every night was so lovely. Would 100% stay here again!

Awesome property!

If you're going to Zion this place is perfect! It's outside the park by maybe 15 minutes which is on the less crowded side. House is awesome and provides many ways of entertainment in between your adventures. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Zion

Zion Family Trip

The house was amazing!! So much space for our family of 6. Every room was lovely and the downstairs “Media Room” was spectacular. High end amenities all throughout the house and the kitchen appliances and cookware were like new! The hot tub was clean and proved to be essential after long hikes. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Perfect home!

Beautiful home, perfectly appointed, and great location away from the crazy but close to the fun! House and kitchen well equipped with anything you need. Hot tub was a plus for the sore muscles from hiking! Communication was quick and helpful. We were on the go a lot so our only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house!

A true pleasure

We arrived to the perfect home for our stay. Three couples, plenty of room, wonderfully equipped, comfortable beds nice linens, the home couldn't have been better. The residence is between Zion and Bryce. Bring everything you will need to cook including seasonings and condiments. Closest grocery stores are 30 miles away. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend staying here.

3 day stay

We had a fantastic stay here while visiting Zion. The house was very large and clean and had all appliances and dishware needed to cook and make food. Highly recommend for larger groups bringing in groceries and making home cooked food.
