The space is absolutely AMAZING. The entire space has been done with top of the line finishes and furniture. The kitchen is perfect for hosting small gatherings and fully equipped with everything you need! The beds are super comfortable. The entire apartment is set up perfectly. Everything was super clean and ready for our stay! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing a place in the area to stay. It is also within walking distance to many great shops, restaurants, and other stores.

With being in the area, it’s so nice to stay here with the available amenities than it is to stay at a hotel! Would highly recommend if you’re coming through the area.

Remodeled beauty in a prime location

A spacious, updated, sophisticated apartment on Ord Square. Incredible kitchen- completely updated with all the tools to make a great meal. Beautifully appointed bathrooms. Thank you for the hospitality. We’ll be sure to rent this again when we’re back in town!

Amazing!!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. My husband and I stayed here while attending the Pitzer horse sale and it was absolutely amazing! The apartment was very comfortable and has everything you need. I can’t say enough how beautiful this place was. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

New. Great beds. Great location.

This upstairs apartment has been beautifully remodeled. Everything is new. Nicely decorated and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need for food prep. Located across the street from a beautiful courthouse and a Norman Rockwell town square.

Cook family reunion

My siblings and I stayed here in order to attend the 110th Cook Family reunion. The location was excellent. And the Murphy bed was perfect. Wish there were a few more items in the kitchen like a colander so I could wash my fruits and veggies and make spaghetti.

Fantastic place in Ord

This place is great. Awesome location, communication was great, place was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed It is in the heart of Ord. Only down sides, having nothing to do with property or owners but that a lot of the places so not open until Wednesday. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Price is great as well.

Was a great stay with great food and restaurant downstairs and it had pretty much everything we needed. Could’ve used a lift for our guy who has had a stroke. The only thing as it’s up a few stairs.

Gem in Ord

So happy we found this exceptional listing in Ord. Situated over a restaurant in town, it provided ample space for our family. Loved the modern decor. Immaculately clean. Though we didn't cook in the kitchen, it had all major appliances available. Nice having a washer/dryer to use. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Wonderful stay in Ord, NE

My husband and I, my daughter/son in law & 2 young grandchildren spent a wonderful long weekend in Grace’s Attic. 🙌 We were in town for a family reunion and could not have asked for better accommodations. The apt. was just as it appeared in photos. Everything was beautiful, in pristine condition, and they thought of Everything you would need to cook including many pots/pans/utensils/ etc. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms luxurious. We did have trouble with the lock code one night, but Carl was there in 5 minutes to assist us. We will stay again if we visit Ord again!

This two-bedroom apt is so cute. Whoever did the modeling has really good taste. Pros: clean, cute, Carl's Tavern is next door. Walkable to a coffee shop and grocery store. About 20-30 mins to Davis Creek Reservoir, calamus reservoir, and Sherman Reservoir SRA. If you want to explore all of them, you can. The check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Cons: we stayed from Thursday night to Monday morning. On Saturday, Carl's Tavern had Karaoke. The noise was unbearable for two bedrooms. The living room was better. My 5-year-old didn't sleep till 2 a.m. because of that Karaoke. It was supposed to end at 12 a.m. But for some reason, it kept going. (maybe people had lots of drinks). That was the only downside of being so close to a restaurant. Street parking was fine. It gets crowded during weekdays. You do have to walk high stairs to the apartment. It is not handicap friendly. The freezer was broken. We didn't know until our ice cream melted. The host was so kind to offer money for that. We didn't take it. The house's amenities are great. We were very pleased. (i.e., a coffee machine, many pots, etc.) There is even a blender which we didn't use. The extra hidden bed in the living room was comfortable too. The host was very organized and thoughtful. The sinks were cool looking but not well functioned. The water easily got splashed out. The deck was not completed. We didn't expect a deck. But if there is a deck, that will be even awesome. We would recommend this place to others
