"The rooms are comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly and do a great job, considering the woeful shortage of staff: Only one person at the front desk, during busy hours. When that person must inevitably step away for a short bathroom visit, the desk is left unattended. Only one person handling the breakfast service, during a holiday weekend, with a constant influx of customers. The advertised van service is not much of a service at all. The hours of operation keep changing, depending...

"Compared to other places I stayed, this is poor. They luck basic amenities, we on nly saw a couple of muffins as breakfast and the lady was bringing additional food items with bare hand without even a plate "

"The only positive was the lovely woman at the reception desk. But there was no pool no breakfast the bed was horrible, the lighting in the bathroom almost gave me a stroke. It felt like people were trying hard but the physical aspects of the property are terrible."

While the employees are nice and the atmosphere feels welcoming, it seems like they try to squeeze every last dollar from their customers: An unexplained Resort Fee is charged, as well as an early check in fee - one hour before regular check in time."

"I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again."

"We ve been there twice and have yet to see a coffee maker. Asked for extra towels twice and didn’t get those either. Absolutely no place to plug a phone charger into."

"Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays."
