Relax and unwind in our fully and modernly furnished holiday villa. Equipped with all the comforts on the beautiful holiday island of Aruba. The villa is located in the centrally located Paradera district. Right in the middle of the island so that everything is easy and quick to reach.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and is therefore suitable for 6 people. An extra cot is also available. In addition, there are 2 toilets and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a large double bed, well-functioning air conditioners and blackout curtains. A good night's sleep is guaranteed! The beds have large double duvets and good pillows. Towels and beach towels are included

Our guests have the entire villa at their disposal.

If you need to or want to wash during your stay, there is a large washing machine available. The entire villa is equipped with a

newly installed fast fiber optic connection

The villa offers plenty of space for 6 people both inside and outside. The villa is equipped with a very nice corner sofa, a bar table for 4 people and an open kitchen with bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven - dishwasher - microwave - gas stove. The villa has well-functioning air conditioning.

On the side of the Villa is a covered terrace, fully equipped with a BBQ on Gas, a picnic table and 2 lounge chairs. This outdoor area is attractively lit in the evening. At the back of the villa is also a covered terrace. This terrace has 4 chairs and a matching round table. This terrace is situated in such a way that you can always enjoy a cooling breeze. The newly constructed and attractively lit swimming pool (with a bubble bench and a max. depth of 1.60 mtr) completes the whole. There are sun beds and chairs around the pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen in the garden. The entire garden is walled, Privacy is guaranteed.

The beaches of Eagle Beach are a short drive from the villa. Very sandy beaches with beautiful crystal clear water. Due to the central location of the villa, the beautiful beaches of Baby Beach - Mango Halto and Arassi are also within easy driving distance. There are 6 beach chairs in the villa, but also a cool box and cooling elements. Palm Beach with its many catering establishments is also only a few minutes drive away. De Hooiberg - Aruba Waterpark - 2 Golf courses a modern gym - many supermarkets and other shops everything can be reached within a very short time.

Great property for a family. Spacious, clean and well appointed. The Noord is our favorite part of the island and the location of the home is convenient to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We are so incredibly angry atvthe inaccuracies or photos. This property was terrible, broken toilet seat, 3 usable chairs for the beach we were told 6, filthy lounge chairs around pool, 1towel per person, a dime size piece of soap, no extra linens, blood stains on pillows and sheets. This was a lie and a disgrace. We were there for 10 days, qe should get some sort of refund. We come every year and we have never een such a lie in any other properties. We should demand our money refunded.

We had such a fun stay in Aruba. The house was wonderful and clean. Close proximity to the beach, safe, loved the pool, and my teens enjoyed the guest house. Can’t wait to stay again next year.

House is nice. Pool was dirty and about 6 inches below water level where filter would not work pool chairs very dirty upon arrival. Tried to call property management no answer could not leave a message to report issues with pool. overall enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay (our 2nd this year!). This property is perfect for our needs. Clean, safe and close to great beaches and restaurants. Frans and Monique are always very responsive to any requests - great hosts! Private pool was great to relax and wind down in evenings after beaches and touring. Hope to be back soon!

The house was awesome. We had an amazing time would recommend loved having the pool close to beaches. You will need a Rent-A-Car but it’s worth it so you can travel the island. Real looking forward to coming back and staying again

Exceeded our expectations! This house was clean, convenient and we felt very safe with all of the security features provided. The pool was great on days when we didn't sightsee or visit the many beautiful beaches nearby. Wi-Fi signal was good so we were able to communicate with family and business partners. Frans was great communicating prompt responses to our questions. This house was convenient to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, the lighthouse and other sights. I wish I could give it more stars! We are already planning our next stay here! Tx Frans!!
