Communication before arrival was slow, messages drifting unanswered for days. When we finally checked in, small details told the story — a used toilet paper roll, two thin pillows per bed, no trash bags, nothing in the kitchen. The TV was old and barely worked. Most oddly, the toilet sat in the bedroom itself, blurring any sense of comfort or privacy. When the power went out for hours, no one offered help — only a reminder that candles were not allowed. The place isn’t terrible, but it feels unattended on details to the customer, as if no one’s really looking after the people who stay there. In the end, it left more discomfort than rest. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Perfect location property

The property is a small block of self catering apartments. Ideal for using as a base to shower and sleep. We didn’t really stay there long as we spent most of our time at the beach or out of an evening. It is located next to the hospital and medical facilities not a resort type area and is 10 mins walk to eagle beach and 20 mins walk to supermarket and some restaurants that are not beach side.the apartment was clean and well maintained. We did have some ant issues in the kitchen area which we resolved ourselves and the AC was noisey in the bedroom and sink was blocked. This was reported.communication with the owners was very good. Overall we had a nice stay and would book there again if needed.

Nothing works as advertised

The check in process was fine , but two bedrooms are completely open with he bathroom, you get all that bathroom steam, smell in your bedroom, no ventilation no nothing. The shower is stand up , which is fine, but it gets clogged when you shower. They clean the property once a week and then hit you with a bill of $120 cleaning fee(we’re supposed to read the fine lines)

Girls trip BFF 50th!

The house was great and the location was so convenient! We walked to several local restaurants, Superfood grocery market and the beach! There are a few things that I would enhance as property owners to be sure the stay is more comfortable. 1. Provide more than 2 rolls of toilet tissue for a group of 4 women. At least 6 rolls per bedroom. We should not have to spend extra money on tissue (which is a necessity). Also, an extra roll of paper towel. 2. Provide more towels initially. 2 sets of towels per guests and please have wash cloths. We had to purchase wash cloths for the four of us. 3. Provide an extra set of sheets, pillow cases and blankets for each bedroom. Sleeping on the same set of sheets all week was not to our comfort standards. 4. Have motion detectors installed near the tree areas to come on automatically at sunset. (For safety purposes) 5. The couch needs to be cleaned or provide blankets to cover the stains. These are suggestions to make the stay more convenient and comfortable. July was absolutely amazing and a wonderful host! She was very helpful and kind to us! Overall the stay was great and we would come back to August Eagle Lifestyle suites if the above suggestions are accommodated. Bye Bye Aruba! Erica

Love our home away from home

We had a great stay at the condo for 39 days. We loved the pool, barbecue area and the space itself. Very close to everything that we needed. Having the beautiful Eagle Beach a few minutes away was such a bonus. The house manager and cleaner were extremely helpful. They made our trip pleasant and worry free. We hope to return to this well equipped, peaceful and well kept gem, soon.

Super clean. Great location

Less than 4 minute walk to Eagle Beach, super clean, very comfortable king beds, large bathroom showers, lovely little pool, large barbecue, very safe gated unit/complex, quick access to public transportation, lots of walkable restaurants and Super Foods Grocery Store and KESHI di Hulland (Awesime Dutch Cheese place) and Soraima and Nellie were so accommodating.
