"It's a very simple building but still easy to get warm despite it being cold enough to snow overnight. The property was clean and tidy, and the choice of furniture and fittings was well thought out. It was easy to find and located at the front of the farm just off a quiet dirt track, it's like having the place to yourself, which is exactly what I wanted. I spent one of the days in the Cabin and walking to the state forest preserve without driving, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery...

"This perfect place complemented a perfect trip. We had 4 adults and 1 child - so had some bed sharing, however, it was all very comfortable, due to the spacious floor plan and two bathrooms. Everything was as advertised - and better. Truly a beautiful home in a fabulous location. Thank you for hosting and making it so easy!"

"Nestled back away from everything, this house is a perfect place to be one with nature. The wrap around deck was a great place to hang out and enjoy morning coffee, and the fire pit is a relaxing spot to unwind. The needs were extremely comfortable; something you rarely get at a VRBO. All in all, I would stay here again."

"Charm, town accessibility, COWS! We couldn’t have asked for better during our stay! First and foremost the hosts took it above and beyond when we anxiously called them after getting a “shelter in place” alert on our phones due to weather and tornado’s. Without question they helped us with a plan to get access to the basement if we needed to, which from the two anxious mom’s with littles in the house it couldn’t have been more reassuring.
