This cute 2 Bedroom Cottage is located in highly desired Old Town Orange, a one-mile square area that is centered around the historic Orange Plaza. This is a stand-a-lone house with private yard and 1 private parking spot plus plenty of street parking. The cottage is centrally located to all Orange County has to offer, located just 10 minutes from Disneyland and 20 minutes to Newport Beach and walking distance to Chapman University. The cottage is in a quite area of the neighborhood but is walking distance to incredible restaurants and attractions throughout the area.

We had a great stay at Dave and Kim’s place. They provided everything we could need! They are within walking distance to old Town Circle where there are numerous restaurants, antique stores. And 15 minutes to John Wayne Airport. We will be back soon!

The check-in process was easy. The location was convenient and seemed safe. Our Rotties were able to adjust to the yard and surrounding community as it was a nice, neighborhood to walk our dogs. The kitchen was convenient and rooms were good for what we needed. We would definitely come back again. We did notice it was a bit colder than we were used to

Just was fantastic, amenities were perfect. This is a really nice little bungalow in the heart of a brutug little community. Tons of dogs being walked, neighbors were friendly and close to a lot of fun things to see and do. If you get the chance you should eat at El RANCHITO! It was excellent and very close to their place. We will definitely use this place again in The future.

This was our third stay so clearly we enjoy this property! Dave makes everything easy. The house is cute and cozy with a nice kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Location cannot be beat! One of the best family friendly neighborhoods.

This is our second year staying here and we loved it even more this trip. The neighborhood and Old Towne Orange are super charming and very well maintained. You can tell everyone is aware of how lucky they are to live in such a fantastic area. We saw people, children, and pets out for walks constantly. The weather was beautiful and we're only 15 minutes from the Disneyland Resort. The property is well maintained and everything was clean and ready to use. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans and dishes you'd need to make a meal though we had our meals planned for the parks when we visited. The Nest thermostat helps maintain an comfortable temperature and everything works as expected. I wish we could stay when we're not out of the house from the parks' open to close. We travel with our two small dogs and they enjoyed having a safe, enclosed yard to sniff around and enjoy the weather too. We would only stay somewhere else if this unit was unavailable because our host does a such an outstanding job of making sure everything is just as you'd hope. See you again next year!

Beautiful, quaint home in Old Town Orange which is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that’s walkable to many things. There was a mishap when we first checked in but Dave jumped on it so it was resolved quickly and well so I appreciated it. Thank you, Dave & Kim! We will be back!

Perfect place to stay in Orange. The house was clean with spacious bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was lovely - lots of families and dogs! Amazing location

Location, Location, Location

Perfect location when staying in Orange. This is the second time we have stayed at Daves’s place in Orange. It is a short walk to downtown Orange in a quiet residential neighborhood. We absolutely love the location. It has everything you need. It is also very clean. Dave lives next door and is quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again. Couldn’t ask for more.

Wonderful getaway

This is an amazing place to stay. My husband and friends met to go to Disneylandd. The 2 bedrooms worked out perfectly and the yard was great for our dogs, They enjoyed the trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location.

Nice appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Could use some updated furniture and a bigger bed in 2nd bedroom. Bathroom was adequate. We did appreciate parking off the street. Owners were very nice.
