"The value for the price is outstanding. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms, which was modern and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options just across the street, and the convention center is within walking distance. We didn’t need to move our car at all. As an added bonus, the property also offers on site charging for electric vehicles."

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and desirable. The Hampton is always our favorite hotel to book and this one was superb!"

"We stayed there for 5 nights with our kids and the sheets were never changed. I think they had bugs in the bed my skin was irritated/itchy every time getting in the bed. There was a string smell on the upper level not sure how to explain but wasn’t pleasant smell at all. Kitchen too small. But I think with the price was acceptable for those people who is staying there for sleeping. With the kids it’s little unclean for me."

"All of the staff were very friendly and helpful made my family feel like home. The free breakfast was amazing every morning as well as the Free kick back (Dinner) nightly, yes I said Free dinner and to top it off they have snack time which includes fresh popcorn popped daily and fountain sodas. Yes it might be a little more than other hotels but when you calculate how much you are saving in buying food out you are honestly paying less. I highly recommend if there is a Drury where you are going...

"This hotel is perfect for a Universal Parks trip! There are shuttles to take you to the parks and you can walk to EPIC Universe in 8 mins. The food choices at the cosmos cafe are excellent, there is even a Starbucks onsite and a grab and go snacks place. The gift shop is loaded with fantastic items. The pool area is amazing. There is a large pool with a poolside bar, outdoor games, loads of lounge chairs and a hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!"
