"Wonderful host. Property just as described. Fantastic location. Easiest check out ever! Already planning a return trip. Highly recommend this house for anyone interested in staying near Winter Park/Orlando area. "

"It was a nice place with a good selection of utensils and kitchen ware. The game room with pool and foosball was nice along with the washer and dryer. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. We enjoyed the staying there. Thanks!"

"Nice older ranch with plenty of room. We especially enjoyed visiting while relaxing in the screened back porch. We would rent again. Not receiving entry instructions until the first day of possession was concerning as we traveled from out of state, but all worked out fine."

"We enjoyed our stay is this spacious house. Everything was as descibed in the listing. The host was great to work with and responded in a timely manner. Loved the scrapbook they had with local places to eat and tourist attractions. Would stay at again. "

"The property is beautiful with the large oaks and waterfront views, etc. Very private and relaxing. Close to Mt. Dora for dining or shopping. We will likely stay again.One drawback, we did have 4 adults and the second room is through to primary and the one bath is only accessible through the primary. So, they had to come in our room during the night to use the restroom. Otherwise it was perfect."

"Just returned from a stay in Monica’s lovely home. We were in the area to attend a family function and this home exceeded our expectations and needs. Extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with the exception of needing another dish drying towel or two…there was only one during our stay. The back yard was lovely and quiet right there on the lake. We watched a duck couple and crane couple during our stay. Nifty you’re in need of a great place to stay, look no further! We are...
