"This was the perfect answer to our family's much needed 'stay-cation'. (We live locally). The home is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is moderately busy (traffic) during the day but was very quiet at night. We all very much enjoyed the pool. The host (Rose) was very patient and responsive to my many questions. The King size bed is indeed a platform bed that I needed a step stool to get into. The entrance step to the house seems a little higher than normal as well. Someone that was not...

"We loved our stay here! The home was very comfortable and easy for my Mom (90) to get everywhere she wanted to be. We enjoyed morning coffee, evening cocktails and even caught a few fish from the shady, comfortable dock.The wildlife was cool too....we saw all kinds of critters. There were 2 cranes that loved to look at themselves in the sliding glass door. So funny and entertaining."

"The House was great! Verbo didn’t send the 48hr instructions but our host responded asap to give us the information to get into the home. We loved the back yard and spacious rooms! "

"This is a great spot. It’s quiet and out in the country but you can quickly be to downtown Oviedo.and it’s about a half from the airport. There is a nice restaurant and bar not too far away about a five minute walk Lake Jesup is beautiful. You can catch an airboat ride or go over hiking at the lake Jesup conservation area trailhead about 5 miles away."

"Really well kept with extras that you might have forgotten or realize you need. Best part was our host, Denise! She was beyond accommodating and helpful! She definitely became a friend of ours forever. So appreciative of her hospitality and genuine kindness. "

"The house was great! Great location! Comfortable adjustable beds. The owner, Kristin, was amazing! Super responsive, friendly, and thought of everything we might need. If I thought of something I wanted, I opened a cabinet and there it was! She even went to the house to leave an extra beach towel for us before we arrived. I’d give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend!"

"Great attentive host made the stay and process even better. Very quiet street. Rode our bikes all around campus and downtown. Lots of good restaurants and bars downtown. Renee left snacks and bottled water for a nice welcome. "

The location is right in the heart of Umatilla, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was a 10/10 — quick, friendly, and so accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!"

"I don't even know where to begin. From the moment I reserved it, Kim was in contact with me. She stayed in contact throughout the time we were there. She answered texts immediately even though she is in a way different time zone. The cottage is BEAUTIFUL!! Very clean and kept up. The kitchen is fantastic and very well stocked. The bed was comfortable and I love the loft. The front porch is very relaxing and as soon as you come out, here come the turtles. They are a joy to watch. The pool is...
