    As a high-vibe escape in a low-density complex, you will love the open-concept layout that features elegant granite countertops, sleek stainless-steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen for the home chef. The building itself boasts recent updates, including fresh paint and revamped walkways, while providing prime amenities like direct beach access, a seasonally heated outdoor pool, and an in-unit washer/dryer for ultimate convenience.



    The inviting living area has a flat-screen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Dining area seats six comfortably at the table, with additional bar stool seating at the kitchen breakfast bar for casual morning coffee. The master suite offers a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom, making this layout perfect for families or couples traveling together.



    2 parking passes will be left in the unit prior to your arrival.



    Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am

    No Smoking or Vaping in unit or on balcony

    Pets are not allowed.

    Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated

    Primary Renter Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

    Guest required to sign a rental agreement. $300 Security Deposit is required and processed by host.

Wonderful location, comfortable beds, & the property was so clean! Check in & out was super easy & we loved the beach access. Thank you to the hosts! We had a wonderful stay & would definitely book again :-)

Great Location and Perfect for Four Adults

We had a great stay! The condo is nicely updated and has a convenient layout with just enough room for four adults. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and is close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. We also really enjoyed staying in a smaller building, which made the property feel less crowded and meant more space on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect little condo to enjoy being able to cook but run to the beach in less than a 2-3 minute walk. The heated pool was the cherry on top for after being at the ocean all day. The space was just enough for our little family of four. We cannot wait to book again.

We will definitely be back! We found our home away from home. Very clean space and nice pool! Steps to the beach! The grills outside were put to use and our family had a great time! We extended our stay and would have stayed longer if we could have!!
