Our 2 level LOFT style 1-Bedroom unit has a Brand New 50" Smart TV . New King Bed (RARE FIND) in Upstairs Master Bedroom along with ROLLAWAY SLEEPER. No carpet in unit. New Luxury Vinyl Plank in upstairs Bedroom. New Roku Smart TV upstairs.
Downstairs has New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and living room glider chair.
2 Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. NEW A/C UNIT . Be sure to check TOTAL COST if comparing (not just per night rate), we cost less because there are NO MANAGEMENT COMPANY FEES. We manage and CLEAN our Condos for quality assurance.

Not what we expected, outdated and the halls getting to the room were dark and dreary.The condo was very clean though small.The view from the balcony was a view of the street, but I should have inquired about that more, I was more worried about making sure the beach was accessible without walking across the street.

Perfect location!

This place is in the perfect location to the beach, great food, and fun activities. The elevator near the condo was down, but the walk from the 2nd elevator wasn’t bad, and is indoors. The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The beach is only a minute walk away, which was super convenient. The hosts are great and respond promptly!

Wonderful!

The condo was perfect, clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony! Having the second bathroom and washer/dryer was a big plus also We didn't have great weather so didn't have to opportunity to use the beautiful pools on the property. Access to the beach is right there and we did at least get to walk on the beautiful beach and get our toes wet. Good food options and shopping within a few minutes away. Close to Pensacola Florida also. Definitely very satisfied with out stay.

Great Rental!

We stayed for two days while enjoying the coast. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo was just as listed. It was perfect for the two of us. Would stay again when in the area!

Very nice stay on the beach

Condo was very clean and comfortable. It is located in spot you can be in Orange beach and enjoy Gulf Shores in just minutes. We found this very accommodating for our Stay in the area. Restaurants and attractions are very close as well. We would love to come again soon and hope this condo is available to stay again.

Relaxing and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the sugar beach condo. The location was absolutely perfect with direct beach access. Tom and Cathy were wonderful and the condo staff were super nice as well! We will be back to visit again. :)

Convenient and clean

Loved it. Has restrooms right off the beach so you don’t have to go all the way back up to the condo. Nice snack bar. Loved the pools. Very clean condo. We would certainly stay here again.

Mother and daughter vacation

Vacation was changed at the last minute and we booked this condo. We had a wonderful time at the beach in the pools and hanging out in the condo. Everything was just perfect. Hope to come back next year with some friends and family.

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed in the condo in Sugar Beach, and our daughters’s families rented nearby. It all worked well because we spent time at all three locations to enjoy different aspects of each. They did a day with us and enjoyed having the beach, the pools, and the Sugar Shack for themselves and their children.

Sister trip

We had a wonderful trip, the room was perfect for us. Plenty of room for the two of us. I really liked there were 2 bathrooms in this one bedroom condo. Made things easier for two ladies and all our stuff. Haha. We will be back next year. Pools (4) were awesome.
