    CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
    All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

    WHAT WE STOCK
    As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

    SPECIAL NOTES
    * Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
    * No pets allowed.
    * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
    * No smoking allowed.

It was height of the season and many families at the resort but we were never bothered.

Beautiful clean property. Really liked the updated decor. Great view of the beach.

Clean, comfortable, amazing views!

We really enjoyed our time! The condo was just right for just the two of us. It is clean and well kept. The balcony view us amazing. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was stocked with the basics that we needed.

This condo was just as advertised. Very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fantastic. Not overloaded but perfectly supplied. Very comfortable bed as well. We would definitely stay here again.

One bedroom condo

The condo was very clean, plenty of space for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. I needed in order to cook there. The view of the swimming pool and beach were wonderful! Very relaxing and lovely condo unit! Thank you.

The condo was fresh, clean, cozy and updated nicely. Had everything we needed which made packing easier and worry free. The smart tv worked out great for our evenings and rainy day. Quick and easy setup to watch our favs. The labeled switches and remote instructions was a very smart idea, and much appreciated. Bed was heavenly. Kitchen was stocked nicely for use. The living room furniture was a tad small. We barely both fit on the couch so I wouldn't recommend more than 3 adults for longer stays. Pool was spot on. Beach access was great. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony lounge chair watching everyone enjoy their days and opening the doors to hear the ocean every morning and evening before bed. 5 star service from booking to checkout! Thank you for a making our 25 yr anniversary a cherished memory.

Peaceful retreat!

This property was beautiful and just as listed. The unit was the perfect size for the three of us. Very clean. Perfect view. Responsive owner. Everything was excellent from checkin to check out. I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for having a fully appointed one bedroom unit that made our getaway peaceful!!

Great Orange Beach Condo

We loved our condo. It was so clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would add to the kitchen is an electric can opener. Older folks have a hard time with the manual openers. Everything about Phoenix VII was wonderful.

Weekend getaway

My daughter and I booked this condo for a long weekend getaway for spring break. This condo was AMAZING!!!! It was so CLEAN and it had everything that we needed. The location was convenient and the property has a few extra bonus features. We did have an additional $55.00 out of pocket parking fee due upon arrival however the owner does explain this in the rental agreement and in the listing. Also the room is located just off the elevator which made it a little noisy on a busy weekend. All in all, the cleanest rental ever for me and we will definitely consider this for our next trip to Orange Beach👍🏻
