- Stunning beachfront views from this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. When you are not outside enjoying the sugar-white sand and surf, take in the gorgeous beach and pool views from the private balcony, or relax in the evenings by the custom-built electric fireplace (with or without heat) in swivel rocking recliners.
We provide extra dining for three at the custom live edge bar. Our queen sleeper hide-a-bed has an upgraded mattress for a comfortable night’s rest. Just 10 quick steps up to the first floor with easy direct access from parking. (Note: this unit does not have elevator access). Smart TV with free cable! Free wi-fi! Washer and dryer in unit! The refrigerator in the unit has an ice machine and the building has one as well.

Parking
• You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• You will pay $60 per pass if you purchase it prior to arrival via the VRPS link that is sent to you. If you wait until arrival, you will pay $70.
Things to know
• The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV(4 person max)guest can get a code at Phoenix III.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• There is no elevator in the building.
• Must climb stairs
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens
• Quiet hours with Noise ware technology/fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events violators $500 fine
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
