    Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

    Policies:
    1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
    2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
    3. Pets are NOT allowed.
    4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
    5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Harbour Place 212 was very clean, seemed to have all new appliances, the views and beach accessibility were perfect, it was close to everywhere we wanted to go, and the size was excellent for our family of 4! We would definitely go back!

Perfect for our family of 8! Super close to the beach and the inside pool gave us a chance to cool down after a day on the beach. Close to many restaurants and fun things to do in town. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful in the morning drinking coffee. Everytime I contacted the company they answered promptly. Will hopefully stay again

We loved our view. Our youngests loved the pool and hot tub.We liked that there were lots of hooks in the main bath.Hooks around are very practical for vacation.Would have been nice for luggage "rack" instead of drawers. The TV took up the whole top of the dresser. The appliances were quite nice too.They all worked nicely

This was a decent condo. Looked very old and in need of repairs (ceiling paint peeling, some strange glue on a door, several places that looked like water damage). The beds were decently comfortable but one of them smelled bad. The electrical outlets were loose to where plugs wouldn’t stay in. The second bedroom is very small and hardly any floor space, although it had the amount of beds we needed. Like I said not terrible but definitely could be better.

Great host & great beachfront condo

We love staying at the condo, which was clean and right on the beach, without losing privacy, because of its small size. Plenty of parking, great instructions by the host- we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoy this complex due to it not being as crowded as other spots. We had a beach front view for the first time, and it was great. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect condo for our family of 6- 3 adults, 3 kids. Close to beach. Beautiful view. Easy access to beach and local restaurants and activities.

This condo has a great location with proximity to shops and the beach. We loved being able to walk downstairs and access the beach. We rented an umbrella from the chair company on the beach. The interior was spacious. I appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher tabs and lots of hooks to hang things.

Very great property! Even though it was full, it never felt crowded! Property and condo were very well kept and maintained! Great location for any place that you wanted to go as well!

Orange Beach ocean front

Nice older property. Had everything we needed for a nice stay. Smaller condo building,( we like that). Beach acess easy. Indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice place to stay. Will stay there again.

Had a great long weekend with 2 of our Grand daughters.We've stayed in many of the units in Harbor Place over the years and always had a great experience. This unit is direct ocean front and we loved it. Communication with the owners was great and everything went very smoothly. The beds are beyond comfortable and we loved the chairs on the balcony! Would definately stay here again if our timing is right.

Great location

Location was great - right on the beach, near stores and restaurants. Condo was well maintained and provided essentials. Parking was easy. We would book this condo again.
