Beautiful and convenient gulf front, ground floor condo with spectacular beach front views. This NEW to the rental market condo has recently been redecorated. It's located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at "The Breakers". This is a non-smoking unit and very family friendly. The beach is right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.
You just can't beat the location! Three shopping centers and great dining across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach and pool view right at your doorstep. If you're on the beach and need to run up to the condo, no problem, your door is just steps away. Stay here and eliminate all the hassles of long treks to the beach. We also have another ground floor unit if your party needs more space.

Beautifully redecorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels.

No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking inside the unit.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old, except for married couples.

The condo was very clean. Very pleasantly surprised by the number of towels left for us ( more than we normally get anywhere).Ground floor to beach access is the way to go!!! Complex location is fabulous as there is tons of shopping and dining right across the street. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely my favorite place to stay and my family will be returning! The home was clean and stayed nice and cool. I loved the flexibility on the bottom floor. You open the door and walk right to the beach or the pool. Perfect place and perfect location! Highly recommend for families.

Carried my daughter and grandson with me. This makes 5 generations of my family that have stayed at the Breakers. Started back in the 70’s. First time to stay on the ground floor and it was perfect. Definitely coming back.

Perfect location to beach, pool and shopping. Everything was clean and condo contained everything we needed. Literally steps from the beach. My only complaints are we never saw any security or maintenance and thought it was a little pricey and couch was very uncomfortable, but beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful view...only steps to the beach!

The property is wonderful. You can't beat the easy access from the parking lot to the first floor entry for loading and unloading, no stairs or elevators to worry about. The view from the double sliding doors is simply amazing. The yard space off the patio was a great place for our 1 year old granddaughter to play. If you want easy access with only steps to the sand....this is it! It was very convenient to drop off and leave all beach supplies on the patio and then literally take a few steps to enjoy the pool area. The property has a lot of space and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Orange Beach. The booking, checking in and checking out process was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved being able to walk straight into the pool/beach access area. Loved the grass area! No stairs to deal with, we had carts to bring our bags to the door in one trip. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend, and will be booking again!

Relaxation overload!

We decided to take a short trip for spring break at the last minute and our stay was a treat! The property was as advertised and we were right on the beach! Anything we needed I. Tees of shopping and restaurants were only minutes away. The host immediately responded to the few questions I had.I foresee my family visiting this property again.

Great stay!

Great stay for a quick Spring break trip. Parking and access to condo is quick and easy. Great beach access too. No elevators and no long walks to beach!! Very quiet condo and master bed sleeps great!

The premium location of this condo was steps away from the beautiful white sandy beach of the gulf. Everything was provided for a comfortable, relaxing get-away. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and we can’t wait to go back!
