Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious home meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.
The guest bedroom has two double beds, TV, DVD player and full bath.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. We have a private covered parking spot #103 that may be used when you purchase a pass. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Overall good stay

Stay was good. Elevators took forever every time we used them. Always had to wait close to 10 minutes with just 4 elevators in the condo. Property manager does not respond on VRBO messages and number in email sent didn’t work. Had to go through vrbo to get a number to reach out to them directly.

Phoenix V is always an awesome place to stay. The first week in May can be a little loud with the state track meet and college volleyball tournament. The students were well-behaved this year, so it wasn't a problem. The weather wasn't that great this year, but storms at the beach always beat storms at home. Can't wait to stay there again next May!!

Easy check-in, nice view. Coffee maker that was supposed to be there was not. Up at 5am everyday due to construction. I got a bad bacterial folliculitis from the hot tub. Nobody really seemed concerned. I won't be back.

Wonderful Condo!

Perfect view from the 5th floor! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo smelled fresh and clean as soon as you walked through the door! We loved the convenience of the location. Not too far from the elevators for easy unloading and packing. Directly across from the stairs also (if the elevator lines are too lengthy). The bedrooms were both nice sizes and the beds were so comfortable! Absolutely will be back!

Not enough basics like toilet paper

The property was nice and the room was nice. But they only supplied one trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was no dish soap to hand was dishes just one packet to run the dishwasher. I have never stayed at a place you have to supply all these basic needs and honestly I probably won't stay with this property manager again. I don't want to have worry about dragging or buying these little things when I go someplace to stay for a week

The condo that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The whole building was extremely clean and very well maintained. I am definitely going to stay here again. The only negative thing about the condo was the elevators take a long time.

Solid vacation rental for price

Condo worked well for our group of 5. Pros: Comfy beds, well-decorated, keyless entry, price, great WiFi Cons: terrible water pressure, (showers need new fixtures), fridge wasn’t very cold, loud complex - others played music too loudly on balcony and everyone in hallway/stairwell can be heard, not enough elevators for size of complex.

Amazing

This property was so perfect! Loved that it was on the 5th floor because the elevators get a little crazy so you can take the stairs. We had everything we needed. Staying for a week it felt like home! We are going to stay there again next year

Always a great place to stay

We love Phoenix V! We’ve stayed in 4 different units at this building. This unit was everything it says it was! It had everything we needed for our stay. I rated it low on the cleanliness because I didn’t feel it was very clean when we arrived. Also, I found a food wrapper right next to the side of the bed the 1st night. With that being said, it wasn’t terrible. There wasn’t dust all around or dirt in the floor, it just didn’t feel very clean or you know that smell of clean. And I have 4 boys, so I’m no where near a neat freak. It just wasn’t the “freshest” unit. I’m sure they still came in and cleaned. Bed sheets were changed I sure hope. The food wrapper just really grossed me out by the bed. The decor was nice. The master tub didn’t drain well at all, but I feel like we always have that problem in every unit we stay in. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating in living room/kitchen. Can’t beat the view at this place! Nice outdoor seating. The owner was responsive. And I even got an email asking how my stay was going shortly after arrival. Overall a good choice of unit to stay!!

Nice place to visit

This is a pretty good property in a great location. The complex is beginning to show its age, and the cleanliness of the unit was less-than-stellar. Dishes had food on them, refrigerator had not been fully cleaned and the showers were mostly clean. Still, the overall experience was excellent and it was well worth the price.

Great Stay

Short walk to the pool and beach. Kids loved the splash pad. Minimal wait times for elevators. Condo was nicely decorated and clean, could use a new mattress in the master bedroom. Overall great stay, can’t wait to come back again!

Quite loud every evening

Condo was awesome. Owner was amazing. Staff allowed people to play loud music til late into the evening which ruined the atmosphere for us and other condo guests. Complex needs more elevators, be prepared to wait on them.

Just as described. Great location.

Overall the property was great. Just a few minor things. 1. Garbage disposal didn’t work. I know I could have contacted maintenance, but I didn’t want to deal with it or anyone coming in when we were gone. 2. Shower is not for a tall person. I’m 5’4” and could touch ceiling in shower flat footed. Beware for tall person. 3) The view is awesome, but on 5 th floor above pool. The noise is loud and there appears to be no curfew on pool use. Luckily we had a box fan for noise and it drowned out the pool noise. 4) there was sand on the couch.

Orange Beach Vacay 2020
