The white sand beach is your backyard at this three-level home in Orange Beach, a Gulf-front retreat for swimmers, surfers, and beachcombers alike. Enjoy three levels of covered deck space where you can gaze at the Gulf of Mexico, and dine alfresco with your loved ones.

Inside, you'll find a living space with central air conditioning, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room, the den, and all five bedrooms. There's a private washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits each evening and truly spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf throughout the house.

The Nordic Villas subdivision is located in a remote corner of Orange Beach, so you can enjoy the privacy of a house away from the masses. This private community offers a host of shared conveniences on its manicured grounds, including two outdoor pools (each with plenty of room and lounge chairs for sun worshippers), two charcoal grills, a firepit, and two additional large parking lots. Each house features an ample private parking area and its own boardwalk leading to the beach.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Need better maintenance

Everything is good the location the cleaning but they told us the dryer wasn’t working but they going to fix it later and they never fixed we message them and they say the team going as soon they can an nothing we stay there for 7 day and they never fix it

Great place to stay, especially for the price and location!

There were 3 of us couples with children and then their grandparents, and this house worked perfect for us. The location was wonderful in terms of the house being located in a nice section between high rises so the beach was not crowded in our portion. But, also, it was centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities without feeling like you're right there in the middle. There is a sand dune you have to walk over to get to the beach that I could see being tough/an issue for if you're elderly or carrying kids (two of us had babies under 1, and it was tiring at times, but we managed just fine.) The pool is right outside the house, which is great. The only cons we had was, the house is showing it's age and will need some updates in the coming year(s), however, nothing immediately needing to be addressed and nothing that hindered our stay. The pots and pans could use updating, as the bigger skillet is beyond using it's so worn, so cooking for a large group was time consuming having to use multiple smaller pans. A few more chairs, or different setup for the main porch would be nice so more people could sit at once, but, again, didn't hinder our stay. The unit upstairs wasn't working right when we first got there, but the response and service to fix it was quick. We were impressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and the fact the house fit us all nicely. We will absolutely stay here again in years to come if maintenance is kept up!

Facilities not as advertised.

We booked a beach house. We arrived to find a duplex. The other side was occupied by 15-20 male college students. This was supposed to be a family setting, adults required. Our grandchildren were subjected to non-stop loud, vulgar music. Noise after 10:00 was unacceptable. Management did not correct the issues. Very disappointed. $200 offered as compensation on stay costing $3000. Extremely unhappy with company response to issues.

Great beach house for large family!

Great house and love the access to the beach. Master bath upgrade is very nice! Recommend upgrading the two dining tables and adding two comfortable chairs in the main living area. It was nice to have the two refrigerators and a separate living area for the kids!
