Beautiful, spacious unit with SPECTACULAR bay views from the 10th floor. A quick elevator ride and you’ll be on the beach - with the building being private oceanfront and NO street crossing.

This unit is 1400 square feet with all tiled floors and an extra large balcony. Phoenix IX is a luxury gulf-front condominium. Our condo is a large 2 bedroom (both large PRIMARY SUITES with king beds) with 3 full baths, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have attached full baths, large walk-in closets (big enough for a pack-n-play crib), blackout shades, ceiling fans, dressers and TVs. A full guest bathroom off the hallway works great for kids/teenagers.

We love to host families with kids! You'll find a pack-n-play crib, travel bassinet, plus books, games, movies and toys that your little ones will love! (We have 18 grandkids/cousins who have stayed and played for many years, and there is plenty for the little ones.)

You'll find everything you need in the fully stocked, spacious kitchen to prepare any meal. Appliances: toaster, coffeemaker, slow cooker, blender, kettle, hand mixer; Cookware: assorted pots & pans, glass dishes, baking sheets & tins; Dishware & Glassware: dishes for serving 8+ inside, and plastic items for outside/casual; tumblers, beer, wine, and champagne glasses, plus plastic items; and plenty of kids' items. PLUS, full size washer & dryer in unit.

Free WiFi throughout, and a full HD Satellite package (including many sports channels). All TVs have a DVD player connected.

The oversized balcony is very spacious and covered so you can use it in any weather. The outdoor dining set is perfect for relaxing and watching a beautiful sunset.

The building is beachfront - NO street crossing! The beach is "private," only Phoenix IX guests allowed, and there is always plenty of beach space. Just a few steps from the condo until you're enjoying the soft, sugar-white sand and warm ocean! Beach chairs & umbrellas rentals available on-site.

The amenities are first class like you would find only at the finest resorts.

You have a 12th floor indoor tennis court, very large indoor and beach front pools, 2 baby pools, 2 hot tubs, a workout fitness room, a spacious outdoor grilling area and a welcoming lobby. You are located close to Publix, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, and a variety of restaurants, the Wharf, Foley Outlets, and more.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic view of the beautiful Orange Beach waterways from east to west while relaxing inside, or enjoying the fresh air on the balcony. You have gorgeous views of Ole River, Ono Island, St. John's Bay and beyond. To the east you can see past the Flora Bama, and to the west you can see past the Perdido Pass bridge.

We try our best to make sure the condo is in perfect condition for your visit. We look forward to having you as our guests and hope to exceed your vacation expectations.

Plenty of parking spots in the attached garage with carts for easy unpacking and loading next to elevators. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle per stay.

The condo was very nice and was very well stocked. The location is perfect for being out of the main activity, yet convenient to everything you might want to do. Our only complaint was the cleanliness , and the dryer sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard and took over 2 hours to dry four towels. Overall it was great and we would stay here again.

My family enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and roomy. The view is beautiful from the main living area and bedroom. Beach access is convenient. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome on the rainy day. The security guards and front desk are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was wonderful and meet all and more of our needs. Our only complaint was it could have been cleaned a lot better! We when first got there I was unpacking barefoot and I noticed the bottom of my feet were black. Windows and furniture definitely hadn’t been cleaned or dusted. Now bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bedrooms were. Other than the rugs they were pretty dirty! Not sure they had been vacuumed. Now we had a wonderful time! This condo is convenient to everything! The beach is gorgeous!! If this were my condo I would want to know about the cleanliness. I know the owners don’t live close. And they are paying to have it cleaned! They need to know. It could be better!! We would stay here again for sure!!

We had a great vacation at Liz’s place! The condo is so spacious with more than enough room for everyone. The bedrooms were huge and could easily fit blow up mattresses, if needed. The balcony was amazing! We will come back year after year. Easy walk to FloraBama. Easy beach access. Loved having an indoor and outdoor pool. Get delivery from Lillian’s Pizza- you won’t regret it! Highly recommend!

Overall the condo was better than the photos. Very roomy and additional things for kids and babies in the closets. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, bowls and even kid’s needs for dining. I would only recommend a more thorough cleaning. Personal items and candy wrappers were left in drawers, dry cereal was spilt under the bed that hadn’t been vacuumed, and it hasn’t been dusted in awhile. The view and patio were our favorite.

Perfect location, excellent view, well stocked and beautifully decorated condo. The beds were SO comfortable! Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Nice pool area outdoors and a indoor pool area with hot tub are on a higher floor with views of the inter coastal waterway across the road. We hope to be back again!

This was a month sabbatical to refresh, refocus and reconnect with associates, my vision team and friends. I could not have asked for a more perfect environment in which to do this. I have stayed at this condo before and always seek it out as my first option. It NEVER fails to live up to my expectations. It is well equipped, spotless. The view could not be more perfect. Liz is always receptive and easy to reach should I have a question. While I love the Orange Beach area, there are lots of condo options in the area that would allow me to access the OBA. This condo, however, is my absolute favorite. I always feel like I have arrived home when I am able to secure it.

The host, Ms. Liz, was very helpful throughout the entire process. The condo was very nice. No deviation from the on-line pictures. The views were simply gorgeous. We checked in after hours, but the security personnel was also very helpful, informative and extremely pleasant. If you're looking for a quiet place to vacation, I do recommend the Phoenix IX.

Everything about this property/condo and our stay was perfect! Perfect location convenient to so many things. The condo was very clean and the property was very well kept and maintained. We appreciated the amount of linens provided. We thought we would miss being oceanfront but the view of the bay was just as pleasant. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners have provided everything you could need during the stay. We enjoyed the bay view from the floor to ceiling windows. Could not hear road traffic at all when inside. The beach was easily accessible. My 80+ mother really appreciated the boardwalk to the beach. She was worried about walking in the sand but it was such a short distance, she had no trouble. We also liked that the garage is enclosed, protecting our cars from salt and elements. The owner was responsive and provided all information we needed for check in and check out. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back for sure!

This property had a large balcony with a great view of the bay. Spacious and well equipped. Had plenty of plates, glassware, baking dishes, pots and pans. Way more than just the 6 place settings most rental properties are required to have. While this unit faces the bay, which we really enjoyed, the condo building is ocean front, so you get ocean front access. Location made trips to the Flora-bama just a short walk. Great unit. Would definitely stay here again.
