"2 gece 3 gün konakladık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların hepsi çok ilgili ve nazikti. Odamız çok temizdi yataklarımız da rahattı. Banyo çok kullanışlı ve tekrardan temizdi. Wifi hizmeti oldukça hızlı ve kullanışlıydı. Sabah kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Akşam yemeklerini dışarıda yediğimiz için restoran ve barı kullanmadık. Bu güzel hizmet için teşekkür ederiz. Negativo: el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no enfriaba, desayuno mediocre, ofrecía gimnasio pero lo tenían cerrado o no dejaban usarlo. El trato del personal regular, daba la impresión que le molestaba que uno le preguntará algo. No daba la impresión de ser un hotel 4 estrellas."

"Good beds, kind of roomy. furniture are a little old although I understand it's part of the hotel's scheme. they offer free and good breakfast however their hot meals weren't really hot. The only complaint I could have was the AC which you had to ask them to turn it on for you from front desk every time you were coming back to your room, weird!"

İş sebebiyle geldiğim için sezonda nasıldır bilemiyorum ancak kahvaltı salonu biraz küçük, belki sezonda başka bir salon kullanılıyordur. Kahvaltısı da olabildiğince zengin ve lezzetliydi. En kısa sürede tatil için tekrar gelmek isterim."

"Güleryüzlü ilgili personel, otopark hizmeti, tertemiz kat, oda, banyo-wc nevresim, çarşaf, yastık kılıfı ve mefruşat ile karşılaştık, klima, mini buzdolabı ve tv ünitesi yeterli idi.
