"The location of this property is wonderful, 3 mins walk to the subway and a few more mins to Times Square. It has a gate code for the apartment complex so we felt very safe. It was ideal for our whirlwind trip to NYC and we would book it again if we visit. Alex's instructions to checkin were on the mark and helped us with a post-midnight smooth check-in too. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. "

"My kids LOVED the space! There were a few cosmetic things wrong like the automatic shade was broken without notice BUT I just figured it happened right before our stay. "Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser....
