The loft configuration adds a second floor and a private roof terrace to everything The Beachfront offers. Double-height glass pulls light and sea views through both levels, so the water is never out of sight — from the kitchen, from the living room, from the top of the stairs — and then you step out onto the roof, where the entire Oracabessa cove opens up below you. Those upper floors are reached by stairs only, with no elevator on site.

Built for couples or a small family — the primary King bedroom and Queen second bedroom suit either — the loft offers two full bathrooms, an open living and dining area, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra flexibility. Come and go as you please, and stay longer than you planned.
