"There was rubbish in the bin under the sink from previous guests. There was lipstick on a 'clean' face cloth.
The room had dust on furnishings. The whole place needs updating, was very tired looking.
Charging a $250 bond for 1 night was ridiculous!Do not recommend this accommodation and won't be staying again."

"Was very welcoming and understanding of pur changing plans, our only suggestion is for sme hooks inside the awning for out wet weather jackets otherwise we loved the venue and area, great shower too, will look forward to stayin again "

"Aroha (hostess) was so kind. I figure we were the last check-in of the day and she was waiting for us at the counter. She was so kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. Aroha had even turned the heat pump heater on so the room was warm when we checked in (bear in mind we went in July so it was winter). The apartment's amenities (kitchen, laundry, dishwasher) were in excellent working order. Mt. Maunganui was within a stone's throw (but the trails were closed to...
