"being here for a few days, we really missed a kitchen sink, but managed. It was safe and quiet and very relaxing. Clearly, a lot of care is put in to making this a nice place to stay. Could use a deep/bond clean but otherwise, nice."

"Check in staff very friendly, can’t fault the staff Room was ok, and adequately clean, However the hallway on level 38 is putrid, smells like wet dog, the carpet maybe hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, truly disgusting and left a bad impression before even getting into the room"
