Lake Baikal freezes up every winter, cars can easily drive on the ice. Locals use special UAZ vans, to approach little islands sticking out of the ice. Cracklines of the ice provide strong leading lines for photos. The tent was only erected for the sake of this picture, we did not sleep on the ice in the -20 celsius weather. #lakebaikal #siberia #winter #camping #nature #sunset #Adventure
