Great location to ASV

We had 4 moms and siblings stay in the house while the boys stayed at ASV. The location was perfect, about 8 min to ASV. Close to restaurants and there is a walgreens right next door which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very roomy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The house is on a busier road making it harder yo get out. The driveway is tight when yoj have 4 cars parked. Overall, great stay amd highly recommend.

Baseball Family

House held our CA family of 5 and two grandparents here for the the Cooperstown Allstar Village week 12 tournament. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The big yard behind house was perfect for the boys down time.

All-Star Village Stay

We had a great experience during our stay while our son played at the All-Star Village. Close drive to the fields, walk to the town for breakfast. We had 4 couples stay and we were comfortable. The place was clean, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Clean towels and bedding provided. Check in was seamless and communication was great. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great location to All Star Village!

Thank you so much for such a great stay! It was the perfect location in relation to All Star Village to watch our son play baseball. Having the large cooler was so appreciated and we used it every day to bring water for our boys, parents, and siblings. It was very spacious and clean and thank you so much for the yummy pancake mix and syrup. The only bummer was we were not able to take advantage and use the college tics you so generously provided - if only we could stay longer! 😉 The house is also right next door to Walgreens for quick grocery and medicine pickup. Thank you again for your great communication and great stay!

Great for baseball families!

This property was located very close to All Star Village, which made our week easy. The house is nice and it is very clean with a lot of space. The property is also very nice with a lot of outdoor space.. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house as well as all of the amenities. It’s location is great. You are close to baseball and you are in walking distance to the center of town which has shops and restaurants. Perfect spot and easy to reach hosts! My communication from booking to check out was great!

nice house in onienta

really nice house, well equipped. We stayed the week for cooperstown baseball and it was everything we needed! very close to all star village and walkable to main street. beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen was well stocked with paper towels and cleaning stuff. you dont need to bring anything but yourself!

Great Location for ASV Baseball Week

This property was great for staying the week for ASV baseball. We had 7 adults off and on during the week. The property was clean and the owner was very responsive. Would recommend for any adults looking for a house while the kids are playing baseball.

Great fit for Cooperstown ASV

The house and location completely fit our needs for a week at Cooperstown ASV. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for two families. I wish we had utilized the large backyard -- we planned to hold a team BBQ, but the schedule did not make that possible. The hosts were attentive and engaged although we never required anything. Only challenge is pulling in/out of the driveway as the house is located on a slight bend where drivers like to get frustrated with any slow down. But we can handle that! Thank you for allowing us to stay -- see you again in 2025!

Cooperstown Fun!

First of all, this was my 2nd time renting this exact house … I rented it 2018.. exact same week, at that time , we had 4 sets of grandparents staying there…our team mom put it in her name but I paid …so happy to get it again,this time for family!

We were delighted with our stay. It was very close to ASV. We didn't have much free time but when we did we loved being so close and could go back and forth to the baseball games.

Perfectly located

This house is perfectly located for All star village. It was really nice to have AC units in each bedroom. I loved the convenience of laundry baskets and magnifying mirrors in each bedroom. There is a Walgreens right next door so it's easy to walk over and grab anything you forgot. The yard is huge and was fun to watch fire flies at night. The water was nice and hot for showers. The owners left pancake mix and syrup there for us. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us. All the laundry soaps, dryer sheets were.provided which was helpful. This may be the only house in the area, in this price range with three bathrooms. The cleaning crew showed up at ten to four when we did, so we had to wait to get in until about 4:30. And the house could use some kitchen towels.

Allstar dreams

This location is perfect for All Star Field. It is close to (actually in the town of) Oneota. Great food nearby. the back yard we nice with enough space for the boys to play ball. The house is a very old house with creaky floors and a very narrow stairway. It appeared to be clean and the bed linens seemed to be fresh. However, the refrigerator was not wiped out, the microwave had food splatter in it and there were bits of food in both sink drains (no garbage disposal which is ok in these old homes.) While the bathrooms and other parts of the kitchen appeared to be clean, we had a concern about what else was not properly cleaned. If you love old houses in a good location, this might be fine for you. Check out is 9:00 a.m. and we were in our vehicle driving out at 8:30. The gardner was mowing the lawn on a sit on mower to make sure that we did not "sleep in." Very rude. Very disappointing.

Baseball Vacation Rental

Great location to All Star Village and downtown Oneonta! Large backyard area for hanging out, playing Corn Hole, and BBQing, along with a beautiful view of the mountains. Interior could use a little more updating and there was some traffic noise due to the house being on a main road into town. However, bedroom fans took care of traffic noise when sleeping. Overall, an awesome place to stay for a family or group!

Don’t miss out on this great property and centrally located house

We stayed at this house from Friday to Friday for our sons Cooperstown All Star Village week. This house has ample space ,4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 story and a huge backyard with a BBQ. A huge plus was the kitchen, full size fridge , washer and dryer and every room had an air conditioning unit that cranked out cold AC. This place is legit 5 minutes to the ball field and maybe 10 minutes to Walmart , restaurants and an easy 5 minute walk to downtown Main Street . We were able to settle in and it was so nice to come back between games , shower and sit in the ac , especially during game breaks. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay with us . We would definitely recommend this place , safe,clean and well cared for.

Perfect location, super clean

This was my second time at All Star Village. I wish I had stayed here the first time too! Great location, house was clean and a perfect layout for multiple families. 5 minutes from ASV, minutes from anything you need. Great backyard. We had a deer one of evenings there. Property owner was amazing!!! Checked to make sure everything was good, accommodated our requests. Can’t say enough good things about this house.

Comfortable home in a great location

Our family shared this house with some friends while our sons competed in the baseball tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village. The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes away from the All Star Village, walking distance from the shops and restaurants in downtown Oneonta, and centrally located if you want to venture out and explore the area farther. The house itself is spacious, with comfortable beds and flat screen TVs in every room. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals, and the huge backyard is great for BBQing or tossing a football with the kids on the grass. If we have the opportunity to return to the Cooperstown / Oneonta area, we would stay here again.
