Experience the perfect getaway at our private and immaculate cottage, complete with all the comforts of home. Nestled in a tranquil setting just two minutes from CASV and a short 20-minute drive to Dreams Park, our cottage features a cozy firepit and a convenient BBQ for your enjoyment. Relax on the porch with your morning coffee while taking in the stunning views of the Country Club and the mountains, as well as the unobstructed sight of Cooperstown All Star Village's fields.

When it comes to dining, you'll find a variety of eateries just a stone's throw away, including Pizza 23, Pizzaland, Sloans Steak House, Dante's Pizzeria, Jay's Place, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonald's. Please note that during baseball season, the futon is only suitable for children.

Oneonta cottage

Perfect accommodations for Oneonta, NY family visit. Location next to country club was perfect for golf lovers. So convenient and great place to relax afterward! Cottage was immaculate and well stocked to meet our needs. Shopping within a short 10 min. drive and close to Hartwick and SUNY.

Perfect location for CASV

This property was in the perfect location for CASV. The home was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Angel the host was super accommodating and attentive during our stay. This home is perfect for two adults and teen child, literally minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village!

Great cottage

Great location, especially is you are going to the All Star Village. During rain delays itbwas an easy 5 minute drive back to the cottage. The cottage was fully stocked and very clean. Angela checked in on us throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great spot for Cooperstown Tourney

It is like a mile from Cooperstown Allstar Village, and the place is incredibly clean. The host is very responsive, and on top of any inquiries. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay for Cooperstown parents.

Very convenient, clean, and perfect set up for those parents enjoying a tournament for their 12 year old at Cooperstown All Star Village. A short 4 minute drive and you are at the village to enjoy the games. Close enough to run back between games. Nice little cottage that is very clean and has all you need. We loved it. You will be pleased!

Cozy cottage on the Golf Course

Perfect location to the Cooperstown All Star Park. Very clean updated cottage with all the amenities you would need. Cottage Manager lives next door and very attentive to all your needs. We highly recommend this cottage.

Super Cosy Clean & Convenient

Great stay for my son’s week at all star village. Angela is awesome. I was nervous to stay alone but was totally out at ease that she lives right next door & the neighborhood is super safe. Very clean & cute. Ideal location this about a 3 min drive away. Such a great value!

This cottage was ideal for my wife and I and only a couple minutes from ASV which made it super convenient. Angela was very communicative and the living space is everything we needed for just two of us staying for the week. Would recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the cottage for my graduation weekend. This was truly the perfect getaway to relax and unwind while also being within driving distance of all our friends. The home was spacious, cozy, clean, and stocked with all amenities to feel right at home! Our host communicated with us effectively and ensure our stay was the best it could be!

Comfy, Beautiful, Fully Stocked

I had such a nice stay. The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!

Spot On Accommodation

We were in Oneonta and wanted a place to stay close to where my son and his fiancée live. The Cottage was 5 minutes away. Very large for our needs, but comfortable, clean and quiet. The view of the golf course was great. We will definitely rebook when we plan our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cottage on the Country Club. Angela was a pleasure to work with, great communication, always available. Cottage was very spacious with great furnishings. The cottage and property were the perfect place to relax after the long days of baseball at All Star Village. Close stay to AllStar Village

The cottage was perfect for our family and close by to AllStar village. Angela offered us great hospitality, the place is well stocked just in case you forget something. Having the amenities was a plus. Wish we could have enjoyed more of the patio and yard to relax and enjoy the scene but baseball kept us busy. Overall great stay!!! Thank you Angela!

Perfect little house near Allstar village

Stayed here for my grandsons baseball tournament. We were 5 minutes from the fields, we could hear cheering from the morning games. Perfect for 2-4 people. The house was clean and in great condition.

Perfect location for CASV

This was literally the perfect location for our son’s baseball tournament at CASV. The cottage is only 5 min away and it sits on a beautiful golf course. The home has everything you could possibly need, even an air fryer…bonus points!! Angela was the perfect host and responded quickly with any questions we had. She was so accommodating with recommendations on local events for the 4th of July. She made our stay so enjoyable…10/10!!!
