"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The camp had allot to off the kids and plenty of room to roam around. If you need supplies there are stores within a 6 minute drive. We all had a good time."

We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved. "Comfortable and quiet, perfect views of the the Rappahannock. Was a great place to staying while returning home. "

"We were able to stay a long weekend with our family that now has all young adults. Loved the house - it was the perfect size for the 5 of us, and had everything we could need. Dock was amazing for watching the sunrise and sunset, and Cape Charles was a quick drive for dinner and some shopping. Hope to come back for a longer stay!"

"Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. "

"The house is older. There are several weird step ups in the house and none of us left without having stubbed our toes multiple times. The house was clean but could definitely use a deep clean sometime. It would not be ideal for the elderly and is not handicap accessible at all. "The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. "The house and location could not have been more perfect! The fact that we could bring our fur babies was the icing on the cake! The homeowner was very easy to work with. The house was very clean and the backyard was beautiful. We spend many special hours porch-sitting and making cherished memories. Will definitely book again in the future!"
