Welcome to the Lake!

Step into relaxation at our beautiful end-unit townhome, just steps from Mille Lacs Lake and located within the Izatys Resort community.

Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, Cable/Wi-Fi, board games, patio furniture, charcoal grill, toiletries, and more. The expansive lawn is also perfect for yard games.

Nestled on the quiet side of the resort, the home offers peaceful lake views—perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or listening to the waves as you read a good book.

Year-Round Fun

Summer: Golfing, boating, fishing, swimming, grilling, campfires, yard games, walking, biking, and relaxing by the lake.

Winter: Ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, or cozying up by the fire.

Whatever the season, there’s always something to enjoy.

Convenient Amenities

There’s room to park your boat, snowmobile, or ATV trailer. If you are bringing your own boat, Izatys Marina will allow you to launch your boat for a small fee, or you may contact them to rent a slip during your stay.

You’ll also be close to state parks, restaurants, and local entertainment if you’d like to explore beyond the resort.

Come laugh with old friends, make new memories, and spend quality time with family. Our townhome is perfect for all seasons—and we can’t wait to welcome you!

Please note:

Golf course and marina access are booked separately through Izatys Resort and are not included with your stay. Restaurant has a very limited menu. We are not affiliated with Izatys Resort.

The pickleball court, tennis court, playground, pool, and spa are currently closed and are expected to remain closed for the 2026 season.

Very strong sulfur odor from water (all faucets especially hot water). Lights visably dim when microwave turn on. Large outdoor garbage dumpster was overflowing before we arrived. Other than those minor issues we were very happy with our stay.

Nice unit with amazing views of the lake. Good access to the lake and lots of yard for playing games outside. Comfortable beds and even sharp knives in the kitchen. Both my son and husband commented on the knives because often they are dull.

We enjoyed our stay here. The close proximity to the lake was a plus. The kids enjoyed wading on the beach and finding shells and rocks. The bedrooms were adequate for our 4 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, although not the fault of the owner, Izatys Resort has gone downhill. The pool was not operational. The tennis and pickleball courts were locked up and not available. The restaurant which we enjoyed last year was down to a beer and pizza joint. The dock we rented at the marina was in such disrepair that we had to take a different dock which wasn’t a whole lot better but usable. The hotel staff was rude when I questioned them about all the amenities which were missing. They told me “we’re a golf resort”!The condo was very nice. There was a separate air conditioner in the master bedroom which made sleeping great. The kitchen needs to have updated pots and pans. I realize that it is difficult to maintain good quality cookware when different people are using them and cleaning them but the pans were the nonstick ones and they were scratched and unsafe to use. So, even though the unit itself was comfortable, our family is questioning a return due to the lack of amenities that we had before.

Beautiful family friendly spot

Our stay was excellent. The property is great for families looking for space to run around outside, and enjoy the lake. The bedrooms were also surprisingly sound insulated, great for sleeping babies and toddlers! We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

The place was very comfortable and clean. We cooked and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the lake were awesome. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoors because it was below zero for the majority of the stay so having a fireplace was nice. In fact we asked about more wood and they brought us more. Communication was easy and owners were very nice to work with. I would stay here again.

Returning Vacationers

The house was wonderful. We returned again 2 years in a row and my granddaughter said “we’re going back to our HOLIDAY HOUSE “ so cute. It’s very welcoming and there is nothing we could even think to complain about the home. Everything we needed and more for a week of family memories. The hosts are great, and we just loved our time there…again!

We had a great time at ross’s cabin but the resort was very disappointing The pool was shut down the whole time golf course also shut down and when it opened very expensive for a poorly taken care of course we heard multiple report's on how new owners are doing poor job of keeping it resort it useto be

Family getaway

We gathered our 4 adult kids and a grandcild here for a family getaway. The house was a perfect size and the view was spectacular. I took off one star because while the primary bedroom has supplemental AC, the other bedrooms got really warm at night.
