VILLA PROVOS
Villa Provos is a great option for couples or two families with children because it can accommodate 6+2 people. It's situated in the quiet little village of Naklice, only 7 km from the sea and the small town of Omis. After a complete renovation in 2024, Villa Provos boasts luxurious furnishings and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The town, river, restaurant, and sand and pebble beach are all within a ten-minute drive away, or you can choose to do nothing but unwind in the tranquil surroundings that this small village has to offer. You can have a traditional dinner at a great little restaurant about 100 meters away, where the amazing young chef will impress you with his most elegant creations.

Three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, are available at Villa Provoš. The indoor amenities are described in detail below:

The bedrooms NO1 and NO2 each have a queen-size bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and an attached bathroom with a shower.

Attic bedroom NO 3 features two 90cm x 200cm single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a 145cm x 200cm double bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and a play corner for your littlest child.

A large living room with air conditioning, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a PlayStation5, and a door leading to the outdoor dining area shaded by natural oaks;

Few steps lower are the fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen (which includes a microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker), as well as a door leading to the grassy area featuring a swing and a children's teeter, and another door leading to a covered outdoor dining area with a barbeque. with a laundry room and dryer in addition to an entrance leading to a fenced playground and barbeque area. There is a separate toilet with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing supplies right next to the kitchen.

*Outdoor features include a 40 m2 private pool with a bench for relaxation and water massage, a Finnish sauna with a shower and separate toilet, a large stone table shaded by natural oak on the upper level, and a cozy lounge area on the decked terrace above the sauna where you can read your favorite book even in the sweltering heat while your kids play in the playground or pool behind the villa. All of them are fenced in to prevent kids from getting near the pool.

We live approximately 100 meters away from the villa and are always available if needed. We take good care of our guests, and as a result, they have been coming back. There are lots of sports options in the nearby area. Experience canoeing, biking, paragliding, zip-lining, rafting, and much more. Take it all in for yourself! 7 km from the house, on the Cetina River, is where most of them are arranged.

The vacation home Villa Provos is approximately 7 km away from Omis, which is a bustling city. Sveti Petar, or St. Peter, is an ancient Croatian church with significant cultural value. Plenty of excellent eateries, pubs, and the best beaches with crystal-clear views are all within ten minutes' drive.

The famous town of Split, which is only 18 km away and takes less than 30 minutes to get to, is a must-see location because it is full of eateries, fascinating sites to explore, and bustling both during the day and at night.
