"The property seemed old and tired, especially the kids games room and the non-thermal hot pools, which we did not use. The 20 second delay for the boom gate to open was quite annoying and the access out on to the main road, when turning right, was also a bit dodgy. "

Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook. "

"Dirty and gross. We paid to upgrade to a more updated room with view of geysers and it was better than original room but the bathroom was completely disgusting. I cannot imagine when it was last serviced but it was appalling. Staff were nice but otherwise SKIP this motel. We could not leave fast enough. "

The kitchen was ok for our needs and it was in a convenient location for where we wanted to visit but it was far from the centre of town and it is not near any cafes or restaurants (30 min walk to centre of town). "Motel has paper thin walls and is located next door to an indian temple or something, lots of inconsiderate indians staying in the motel making loads of noise, banging doors etc until late making sleeping near impossible"

"Kelly was amazing at check in. Made sure that we are well looked after and even have a small gift for my husband's birthday. Helped us to book an extra room for our friend arriving at night. So helpful, cheerful and amazing. We will definitely come back. "

"You give for what you paid. The first room that they gave us had a broken sliding door to the Spa room. One of the pillow was dirty. The second room didn't had a water stopper for the spa and it was not working fully. The reception don't open after evening, so if you come back after dinner and find out there you need any services there are none. The rooms are quite big, it's suitable if you have a big family with kids. And they have a kitchen that you can cook, if you don't feel like going out...
