"Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Very comfortable bed in a spacious quiet room. The hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to good restaurants and shopping ,but if the weather is bad the hotel provides free transportation. There is a speakeasy in the hotel as well as another beautiful bar. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The thing that made our stay special was the great customer service we received from all the staff. When we return to Omaha this will...

"I was very happy. And that can be hard at times with the lack of great service one sees these days. Place was immaculate. Staff was on it. Bed and room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was way better than most."

"Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

"First and foremost, staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was good, for the price of the room/stay. Hotel and rooms were outdated and not very well maintained. Sofa bed was horrible and hard to sleep on even for little ones. No paid parking or validation was the most disappointing aspect, but I should have looked at that more closely when deciding where to stay. Overall it was an okay stay! We'll definitely try somewhere else next time."

"Everything was excellent, the hotel front desk clerk was very helpful. I checked in online and paid for my room and the fees, I just think that this hotel needs to have it written or explained somewhere in their add that they require a $100 dollar deposit for local's to rent a room from your establishment. Other than that little detail it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you for having me!"

"We wanted something within walking distance of the Old Market shops and restaurants. Very convenient with a parking garage. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable."
