Spacious Midtown Family Retreat - with game room! Family-focus w/ new home feel.

This 2200 sq. feet, 3 Bedroom family-focused, pet-friendly home is centrally located, being 10 minutes away from Henry Doorly Zoo, the Old Market, and minutes from Midtown.

Completely renovated (Summer 2023) modern and spacious home with large family room and dedicated games/play room - perfect for families and professionals alike! TVs are roku enabled, multiple wireless chargers throughout the house, and extra rooms to allow the family or extended family to spread out. Baby items such as a highchair, pack n play, and double stroller (sit/stand) are available for use.

Cover back yard patio for those to enjoy the sun set or the weather as the family grill master is cooking up the best steak that Omaha has to offer. During the early am hours wake up to fresh coffee beans ready for grinding or choose a simpler path of a K-Cup coffee as you wait for the rest of the family to wake, excited to start their adventure. Feel refreshed from a good night's sleep as all the mattresses within the home are brand new. No matter what you decide, the vacation/holiday of your choosing will come with most amenities thought about to make the trip easy. Bring your cold beverages and food and make memories for a lifetime.

Pets are welcome in a small, fenced back yard as we kept the home dog friendly, including dog blankets, indestructible bed, bowls and a small gate. We want to anticipate your needs as you travel to the home.

Sometimes work will get the best of us, and its easier to send off that email via your computer versus your cell phone. Rest assured, the home has a universal docking station and extra monitor, so you don't have to squint on your small laptop screen. Printing comes with its own set of security perimeters, so there is a FedEx close to the home, (within a 10-minute drive) if you need something printed off. Our goal is you get to enjoy the property and relax. Quiet family neighborhood in midtown Omaha, close to the following locations:
Aksarben for shopping (5-minute drive), University of Nebraska (5-minute drive) Med Center (5-minute drive),
Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo (9 minute drive)
Downtown Omaha (12-minute drive), Children's museum (10 minute drive) , Kiewit Luminarium (15-minute drive), Airport (16 minute drive)

Fantastic

We had a fantastic time in the house and on outings. Centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Omaha Zoo, children's museum, The Pizza Machine, Bob Kerrey Bridge, Kiewit Luminarum...

Wonderful stay! Would stay here again!

We stayed here for an extended girlfriends' weekend and it was wonderful! The location was perfect for us - it was less than 15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Check in was a breeze. The home was just wonderful! It offered more space than we needed, but it was great to have! We would highly recommend this home to any group who needs many separate beds, like us! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

NE Getaway

This property was as described, clear pictures, excellent communication with Jennifer C. We had a plumbing issue that was promptly addressed but took a bit of sorting out. Ken came over quite promptly and addressed the situation quickly. Great location for us. Plenty of room. Lots of extras.

Kids Retreat

House was very clean and in a great location! It was absolutely perfect for our 4 and 8 yr old as it had so much for them do!! Will definitely be looking to stay again next time we're in the Omaha area.

Great house and location

We came to Omaha for a youth baseball tournament and the college World Series. This place is in a great location near I 80. Is close to the College World Series ballpark and downtown area. Was 20 minutes or less from any ballpark we played at for Triple Crown baseball. The house is super clean. All amenities are there and available. There’s plenty of room to spread out for a family. Several TVs and guest Roku login, which I have never seen before, but is very convenient. What a great house and a great place to stay. I would stay here again in one second. Oh yeah, and the host provided us umbrellas, which was really nice. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Perfect home for our family

This property exceeded our expectations. Traveling with kids can often times be overwhelming. We were happy to arrive and see that this home was made with both kids and adults in mind. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the play room. The house was a short drive to the zoo, waterpark and grocery store. We all agreed that next time we go to omaha we will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect for graduation

Very clean, baby friendly and spacious. Lots of room for the littles to play and many gathering spots for the adults to sit and talk. Loved the easy access. Perfect for our extended family to get together.

Best sleep ever!!

We absolutely loved this house! I haven’t slept so well in years. So comfy and spacious and clean and perfect. Great location, nice neighbors. We played games and sat on the back porch. I could go on and on. We have stayed in some pretty amazing homes and this house and the owners are top notch. This is the place I will tell everyone to stay when traveling to Omaha!

Outstanding House

The house met all of our needs, very spacious to accommodate all of us. The kitchen very well stocked as we prepared all of our meals there over the weekend and didn't find anything lacking. The hosts communicated with us whenever we had a question and we had absolutely no issues. Also in a good location, close to stores restaurants and activities. Highly recommend you rent this house if you find yourself in Omaha.

Very Customer-centric - provided gates for my pets when I asked about them, did extra cleaning and provided an air filter due to allergies, over the top accommodating! Super clean! Great Stay!

Great house

We were very impressed with everything about our stay here. The house has plenty of room, is close to the interstate to get anywhere you need to go, and the neighborhood itself was peaceful. This house was nicer in person than in the pictures. Has a great main floor plan that was perfect for our stay. Owners communicated well before our trip and the process was flawless. Everyone in my group had good things to say about this property. Highly recommend and if we stay in Omaha again we will definitely stay here.

Great Family Stay!

This property was amazing for a family vacay (including your furbabies!). We stayed with four adults, two infants, and three dogs! It is hard to find a place that allows three dogs in the first place, so with the fenced in yard, extra dog bed, and air controlled finished porch area (we went in the summer), this place was perfect. Short drive to the zoo and the old market area for attractions. PLUS, it has all things you need for babies (highchair, pack-n-play) plus a fill sized game room! Perfect stay for families. The host communicated with us well anytime we needed something and was even willing to let us have a late check out so we could time our departure with baby nap times. The house had everything we needed and then some. Will be staying again for sure!
