A historic 1,200 square foot loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 1,200 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The living room space features ample seating, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Old Market loft

The loft was wonderful. Walking distance to serval good restaurants and shopping. I was happy with how easy it was to check in and check out. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.The only thing that could have been better is the seating in the living room. There is only one sofa and that left some of us sitting on the floor. I think you could add a chair to make it more comfortable for visiting.

Moving our son

We used this property as homebase while moving our son into his new permanent place to start a new job. After a long day of moving him in and cleaning, this was an incredible haven to simply enjoy the evenings - surrounding restaurants and bars were fantastic. Highly recommend this location, we’ll be back!

Lovely Ladies Weekend!

The perfect location for a ladies staycation! The unit was clean and well stocked. Proximity to walk to everything in the Old Market is perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location during the day, not so much at night

The loft was very clean and situated centrally. Lots of things to walk to without driving. The very loud people yelling in the alley every night and the garbage trucks dumping bottles at 4,5,6 in the morning was not cool. Every night. Won’t stay again which is unfortunate because the location is perfect. After dark we saw several people get arrested and some shady things happening.

Great location

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and cozy! We had a couple of outlets we couldn’t get to work in the kitchen but not anything that would keep us from coming back. Great location to stay in! We will comeback!

Perfect location

Went with our two teenagers to check out Old Market for a few days. Close to shopping, restaurants and the riverfront, and the apartment was very nice and clean. Happy to find two beds in the second bedroom rather than just one as in the listing photos. Check in/check out was very easy. There were a few city noises at times in the night but it was to be expected for the central location.

A Keeper

We loved this place. It's exactly as pictured. There were only two of us, but there's plenty of room for more. The only issue - and it's a tiny one - noise from surrounding bars made one night's sleep challenging. But we chose if for location, so this wasn't entirely unexpected. Otherwise, all was perfect and we will definitely rent in this building again.

This property was exactly as shown. Great location, very comfortable and plenty of room. It is walkable to all thinks I’m the old Market area. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was really spotty very hit or miss.
