"Beautiful hotel and excellent dining experience. Loved the freshly grated wasabi! There was an earthquake during our stay but had not affect the hotel operations. Will definitely come back again."

"古くなったホテルを現在のスタッフの方が一生懸命運営しているホテルと感じました。接点を持った方々それぞれは大変良い方でしたが、人手が足らないのでしょうか、せっかくの朝風呂も露天が風呂がビニールシートで覆われたままでどうしたらよいのかわかりませんでした。結局入浴はあきらめましたが、シートを取って入ってい良いのか、使うなと言っているのか利用者には解りませんでした。 コストパフォーマンスは良いと思いましたが、もう少し迎えられれている感を感じられると良いと思いました。お客さんの少ない時期でスタッフも減員状況だったのかもしれません。"
