"If you are looking for an inexpensive roof over your head and not much else, this is the place. Overall property is very dated 1970's - 80's and worn down. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The room was dimmly lit and the bed was just ok. The water was hot but didnt stay the same temperature, it would go slightly up or down in temperature while you were showering. The worst part was the drain did not drain very fast. So if you take any longer than 5 minutes in the shower you were ankle...

"My daughter was running in the Lake Placid Marathon and we decided to stay a little out of town. We were very happy to have found this lovely little gem next to the golf course. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The decor was Adirondack chic with queen bunk beds and kitchenette area. We will stay here again and for a longer period of time!"

Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. "redone hotel. Rooms were a nice size only issue was the TV could only be watched from the couch and not the bed. Also there are no coffee machines in the room. Need to go downstairs to make your coffee which was OK but our last morning there were no coffee pods except decaf. Not a happy camper."

"Got handicap accessible room and handicap chair in shower broke. We spoke with staff and they comped room for one night only. The accident ruined our whole trip and we travelled over 900 miles. We had 2 rooms for 2 days. We eneded up going to the dr due to the fall and realized wrist was broken. We contacted the hotel by emaio and now they wont even respond. Then there were kids running on floor above us until about 2 am."
