"It was perfect as it always is - honestly the only downside was a guy called Carlos who works in the restaurant who made me put a tip and then when I gave him a decent tip he started negotiating for a higher tip - tipping is not standard in Portugal or anywhere in Europe and I even gave him a good review on another website after he begged me to. It was a shame then for him to insist I tipped him (fine) and then start bartering with me to give him a higher tip like I’m in a bazaar in Istanbul...

"Very close to the metro system which runs directly to the airport. The apartment was clean and had everything that we wanted. Just be aware that if you book a room with a sofa bed these rooms are road facing and you do hear the traffic. But it was not an issue and we were super happy with the apartment. "

"This was one of our favourite stays in all of Portugal. We felt like we were right in the heart of everything. So many restaurants and things to see nearby. The apartment is on a street that Ubers can’t drive down but it was only a short walk from The Main Street. I would recommend this stay to anyone for Porto. It was the perfect area. "

We arrived late and it was our first time in Porto, parking in the city can be a bit difficult, also the street to our appartment is a walkable so we could not park in front to unload our luggage. "Customer Service was great. Location is walking distance to almost everything. It is right next to Sao Bento train station. It's a newer structure so it has modern amenities. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was so smooth and the 1 bedroom apartment was tucked away in a quiet back area. Felt like we were hidden away in a safe environment. The management was on top of everything to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for cost effective, unique experience. "

"Quaint space just like photos depicted. Good location. Easy to access (follow the instruction early when they provide them). Handy washer/dryer combo in-suite. Only challenge was trying to figure out how to control the temperature in the unit. Overall, great spot for us and our trip. "

"Location was even better than I expected. The rooms were very modern and sparkling clean. The room amenities (refrigerator, stove, coffee set up, etc.) were great. The pool area offered a nice place to unwind in the evenings. Breakfast was nice as well."

"Decepcionante: No merece la pena pagar por el “upgrade” de vistas y falta de orientación al cliente El hotel ofrece la opción de pagar un extra por una habitación en una planta alta con “vistas”, pero esto es engañoso. La diferencia de precio no está justificada, ya que las vistas no son realmente destacables. Recomiendo reservar una habitación estándar y ahorrar ese coste adicional. Además, la atención en recepción no fue la esperada. La recepcionista insistía en vender su punto de vista en lugar de escuchar y atender las necesidades del cliente, lo que demuestra una falta de orientación al servicio. Un trato más empático y centrado en el huésped mejoraría la experiencia en el hotel."
