The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and traditional drip coffee maker. Guests will also find cookware, serving utensils, basic paper products, and cleaning supplies provided for convenience. Enjoy meals in one of two dining areas — either the cozy eat-in kitchen or the beautiful glassed-in dining area overlooking direct waterfront views.

All five bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The home also offers a half bathroom and separate stand-up shower on the main level, along with a full bathroom on the second floor for added convenience. Each bathroom is thoughtfully supplied with plush guest towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with all essential paper products, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Enjoy the outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and gathering. The patio features multiple seating options, including loungers, outdoor chairs, and a dining set perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations in the fresh coastal air.

For outdoor cooking, the property includes a Blackstone griddle, ideal for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner for your group. Please note that a traditional gas or charcoal grill is not provided at this time. If you have any questions about outdoor cooking amenities, we're happy to help.
