You will fall in love with this beautiful beach house in the sought-after Indian Town beach. Beautiful views of Harvey Beach, a comfortable outdoor area to relax and spend time with your family, two private beaches with a harbor that has panoramic views of Long Island Sound less than a 2-minute walk away!

Enjoy the small-town feel of a great community where you can walk bike, swim. Spectacular low tides await you!

Restaurants, outlets, and attractions all nearby. Perfect location to explore the Ct Shoreline.

This home is our happy place, and we look forward to sharing it with you!

Important - House is Fema Certified, so the living area is on the upper level. There is not ground-level living space, and there is an exterior staircase.

Talk about the perfect location. Most the traffic is golf carts! Peekaboo views of a water. We sat on the upper deck every night. The house is well appointed. Clean. And air conditioning worked great.(considering the skylights and some windows don’t have shades.) although we had perfect weather. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Exceeded Expectations!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The water views are absolutely stunning, and it’s just a very short walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We loved spending our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean, then winding down in the evenings in the comfortable, well-kept house. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. This place truly exceeded our expectations—we can’t wait to come back!

Beach in Old Saybrook, CT

We throughly enjoyed our time at this centrally located Beach House in Old Saybrook, CT. Short walk to a nice private beach. The house was very well taken care and Debbie was a pleasure to work with. Lots of good restaurants and activities close by.

Wonderful Everything

The trip I planned was for my wife. She loved walking to the beach and relaxing in the sunshine. The House is excellent. My wife loved the kitchen. It was well stocked with spices and had a wide variety of pots and pans. The location couldn't have been better. The owner is everything one could ask for and more.

Excellent!

This property is everything as advertised and more. Clean, comfortable and amazing views. Debbie was very responsive, although we needed nothing during our stay. Walking this beach community is awesome and access to the private beach area is very close. We will stay here again.

Christmas Stay

Very nice well equipped VRBO. Beautiful area to walk in and lovely views at sunrise and sunset. Old Saybrook and shoreline area lovely place to stay at Christmas and any time of year. It was a very comfy/ cosy house !

Fall getaway on the coast

My family and I stayed at Debbie's property for a long weekend. Debbie was a great host. Quick to respond and very gracious. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best she could and we appreciate it. The property was comfortable and felt like home. Our 9yo daughter loved the loft. It was a perfect hang out for her. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Debbie.

Amazing opportunity

First week was a dream. Second week I had an awful accident which landed me in the hospital. Both my legs needed surgery and I never saw the beautiful house again. My husband cleaned out the house where it remained empty. Debbie, our landlady was nothing short of amazing and incredible. She talked to us on the phone, sent flowers to the hospital, and offered a redo when I’m able to . She’s checked in with me several times.

My family spent the week at this beautiful home . It was a great neighborhood with a beautiful view. My girls loved going to the beach at night during low tide and looking for sea life. We would spend another week here during our next trip!

Very nice house and neighborhood. Nice beach. I could not figure out how to take my dog for a swim. While there was access all around, the beaches were all private property. That was the only negative.

Very comfortable and great location! We did not use the loft room but still had generous space and furnishings. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Debbie was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Highly recommended!

An amazing beach house on the ocean

This was an exceptional property right on the ocean. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with access to restaurants, grocery stores in the area. I was visiting with my daughter for half term break and the house was perfect, spacious with great views of the ocean. Equipped with all of the amenities and tastefully decorated, I would definitely stay here again. A five star rating.

Perfect Gateway!

This little beach house was the perfect getaway for our fall trip. The house is bright and cozy, with views of the water and really extra special outside areas to enjoy the fall weather. The furniture and beds are all so comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked- we all felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Scenic, Convenient, Cozy

Cozy and very comfortable light-filled home with views of the sound, walking distance to a well-maintained beach with a playground, quiet and private neighborhood yet convenient to many good restaurants and shopping - a lovely property in a wonderful location.
