"Really enjoyed the hotel—this was my first visit to Frankfurt, and the location couldn’t have been better, with everything close by. "The hotel is very clean and modern. The reception and lounge area is pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, although one needed to open the window for air circulation (the heat and A/C were off). The hotel is located in an area that seems safe but with many homeless people drinking/sleeping on the sidewalks for 1-2 blocks."

"We went hotel bar for cocktails and service was very slow. Also, advised washer and dryer in room but my room had no dryer. They did allow me to use a dryer in a different room but it wasn’t very convenient. I was glad they did allow me to use a dryer since I had already done a load of laundry."

"Great location two blocks from the train station on tram line and u ban for travel to Frankfurt old town and other areas. Plenty of dining options, at a reasonable price. Room was clean and quiet with great air conditioning, not easy to find in Germany! Staff were friendly and helpful."
