Staff was helpful to show the way around & paper labeling info made it easy. my bed had a curtain through stairs but right below the kitchen. most people were asleep but there are no quiet hours & some people were speaking where you could hear until after midnight. The rooms are dated--a little old fashioned for our tastes and the walk to and from the elevators was pretty long when transporting luggage (there were no luggage carriers or bell people). Also a little hard to find as the lobby entrance is in a parking lot behind the actual street address causing us to carry luggage up some stairs and through an alley."

The staff was very nice. They have a service where they check in your bags while you wait for your room to be ready or after checkout until you catch a boat, train, etc. which was nice.
