"The Freeboard Studio in Old Lyme was the perfect, vacation spot for me and my husband. The host truly thought of everything when renovating this space. There are basic appliances, linens, towels, cute coffee bar at the kitchenette and a pack-n-play should you need one. "Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. "

"I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. "

"Overall we were happy with our stay, but that had more to do with the location than the house. I would have liked the check in details slightly earlier because we were traveling from a couple hours away and I was nervous we would not be able to get into the house. "Great property overall with beautiful grounds, a pool and access to the beach. Condos are spacious and equipped with bathroom and kitchen items. Ours had a patio with a great view of the water! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Great property!! We had a private pool, hot tub, little eating area outside with a hammock, and a small kitchen upstairs. The space was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend getaway. "We had the best weekend here! The house was spotless and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. The beautiful kitchen made cooking together so easy, and the back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening chats.
