"The whole stay was excellent. Our room was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. All food was cooked to order and well presented. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and location is just a short walk from the main promenade and shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if visiting th area."

"Love this hotel. Location is perfect, can walk down into Bangor or stay in upper banger. Plenty of bars, fast food and restaurants. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast is soo good here. Apart from the toaster which takes forever."

"The whole stay from start to finish was perfect Alot of thought has gone into the decor and the comfort of the clients ,room was very spacious and clean ,Owners were really chatty and friendly,amazing breakfast choice too . Rooms were quiet with hardly any outside noise due to new windows ,lovely views and close to Betw-y-coed. Lovely walk by the river just over the road ,highly recommended. "

"Hotel is situated right in the centre of Conwy so great for walking to all of the sights. A beautiful old building with lots of character and very nice bar and restaurant. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with stunning antique decor .There is also parking at the back with plenty of spaces and also across the road, parking for hotel guests too. The staff were all lovely and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay at the Castle and will definitely be back ! "
