" Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. "

"Hotel is in a good location but needs a renovation. The rooms are dated. Door latch kept sticking and would take multiple attempts to open. Roof top patio is covered in bird poop. A fire alarm went off one night and the night staff was not helpful. He didn’t keep his composure or communicate with guests."

"Close to great restaurants & walking distance to Harbourfront. Good location. Easy self check-in, parking around the corner. Room was amazing! Very clean with all amenities. Bed was comfy. "

"It was a quick overnight stop.. I thought I was within walking distance of the downtown area, but we had to take a Uber... it was very quiet but no elevator and we had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs.. the room was very clean and comfortable. "

"Upon check in the two ladies at check in made me feel like family! Our room was huge and clean. We headed to the hotel bar and the gentleman who was working always had a smile on his face. Luckily the same bartender was working the breakfast buffet.. what can I say about the complimentary breakfast all your staples eggs bacon sausage home fries plus pancakes and French toast and so much more! Yum. We absolutely adored the pool and hot tub it was a great way to end the day. Thank you...
