"Great New Check in, via computers, staff on hand to help. Well decorated throughout Delicious breakfast, although more GF options would be great Great room (very random see through optional bathroom doors though) not sure who would want that!!?? City Wall House by House of Fisher
"Sad to see a 4-star facility degraded to a 2-star one. Furniture and electrical items were in a terrible state. Complaints were met with 'we have reported it to maintenance' which basically means that nothing will be done during your stay! Shower head had to be propped up with rope to stop it falling! ..."
